Desired Candidate Profile
1. Experience of min 7 to 8 years and should be a senior teacher, vice Principal or a Principal of a sr. Sec. School and have ample visionary thoughts so as to take the school to a new height
2. As a Principal he/she should be able to handle the admissions, staff, manage the day to day working of the school, and coordinate effectively between the management and the staff.
3. Experience of managing the whole playschool/ nursery / Pre School/ Montessori education will be considered as extra qualification.
4. You should have experience of managing a preschool or extensive experience in teaching at the pre-primary level.
5. Good knowledge of English is must.
6. Should have good managerial skills and should be able to recruit and train teachers according to the need of school.
7. Have practical experience in developing, implementing, and monitoring courses of study.

Level of designation (Managerial/Non Managerial): Managerial level but you should have ample experience of teaching also.

8. Functional area:. Overall management of the school, guiding a team of dedicated coordinator & Vice Principal in curriculum implementation & making strategic decisions which will smoothen the processes for better administration & creation of optimal learning environment at the school. Recruit and train teachers according to the school needs. Periodical talk with Parents.
