Re: Yash Birla Mumbai : Preschool Principal
Dear Sir,
I am writing in response to the offer for the post of Pre- School Principal.
Currently I am associated with HVB Academy as Academic Director I B Diploma Program . I have 18 years of experience in teaching, training and administration and 6 years as a Principal .
I consider my credentials and interests match with your requirements. I have vast experience and expertise in heading a big team and business expansion. My experience both in teaching at various levels and administration has given me in- depth knowledge of the child's mind – a curious child, an individual with independent thinking and a mind of his own; a child who is innovative and highly creative. This child not just wants to learn the facts, but also wants to learn how to think? He also wants to be independent in his thought and action and wants to work with increased self direction. He wants to work beyond conventional ways to develop new ideas. He wants to adopt distinctively new ways of learning and new ways of thinking about old problems. Being a strong advocate for the youth of 21stcentury, I see future of education beyond rote learning.
I am looking for a challenging assignment in education and interested to work on an ultra advance level for academic development. I believe my special interest and skill in innovative teaching methodologies will enhance the learning. I am enthusiastic to pursue new challenges that will enhance my professional skill and further my career graph.
I would like the opportunity to share more about the progressive teaching practices for life long learning.
Kind Regards
Purnima Mehta
