Job Description
•Supervising of plantation and management of herbal plants

•Supervise contract farming and carry out day-to-day farm operations such as weeding, fertilization, harvesting, etc.
and implementing good agricultural practices

•Implementing organic vegetable cultivation and USFDA certified procedures

•Responsible for Nursery Survey and Listing the plants

•Irrigation system monitoring and maintenance

•To hire, train and manage farm labour.

•Will be responsible for landscaping of farm projects.

•Vermiculture Area - Monitoring garbage sorting, making pits.

Desired Candidate Profile
•Should be willing to relocate to Melaka, Malaysia
•Preferred Education: B.Sc / MSc. - Agriculture Sciences / Horticulture
•Should have 4 – 5 years work experience of cultivation of medicinal herbs and contract farming.
•Should have knowledge on good agricultural practices
•Should have knowledge of setting up botanical gardens / aromatic plants/ organic vegetables
•Good communication and team building skills desired
