Project Title : Study on Working Capital Management
Company Name : Navayuga Engineering Company (P) Ltd
Description : The project involved study and analysis of working capital management and the current process followed at the company. An in-depth analysis of the components of working capital was taken up and comparative study for 5 years was carried out to smoothen the aberrations and obtain a pattern for the company. A similar analysis of cash flow, receivables and payments was studied for the above period.
The study threw up many interesting facts specific to the companies in this segment of the industry and adequate attention was given to such statistics at the time of presentation of recommendations on better management of working capital.
