B.Arch candidates with experience in residential, commercial, institutional.... projects can apply immediately.

Candidate must have experience in designing, sketching, landscaping for buildings and commercial projects.

Skills Required:

Familiarity with specifications is preferred.
Ability to create and interpret plans and specifications and knowledge of building code requirements, good working knowledge of construction methods, construction administration procedures, and engineering methods and procedures (civil, structural, mechanical, plumbing and electrical).
Work with minimum direction on several projects concurrently.
Computer skills Auto Cad, Revit, 3D Max, Sketchuo, Photoshop, MS-Office.
Strong analytical skills and ability to recommend solutions based on solid understanding of the professional.
Strong written and verbal communications skills are essential
Possesses strong organizational skills and the ability to motivate and work with others to achieve desired results.
Architects will be requested to make site visits.

Description : The application deals with allowing the citizens to register for a unique identity. The ID is supported with a pin. Citizen’s being issued passport or those have a passport is then associated with the UID. This helps the citizen to travel abroad without having the passport. The UID will provide access to the passport from the airport for the airline from the centralized server. The details and profile of the citizen with the photo can be viewed as part of security check.
