Job Description
We are now need a specialist trainer to develop & implement process training at ‘bench-work’ level, specially for Filers / Setters & help uplift the quality and efficiency level of bench work.
The incumbent should have the following:
A high level technical/ engineering qualifications,
Around 10 year’s intensive hands-on jewellery manufacturing know-how, Experience in making exceptional “bench-level” changes in manufacturing techniques to raise the quality of the product and efficiency of work,
A passion for training people, using modern day techniques & kits – demonstrating expertise in nurturing people, and
Excellent communication ability.
