Job Description
The role comprises of:
1. Conducting Training Sessions based on topics like Awareness, Opinion Formation, Creativity, Individuality, Communication and Motivation.
2. Content Development in the aforementioned areas.
3. Business Development by contributing to expansion of existing business lines as well as generating new ones.
Desired Candidate Profile
The desired profile is as follows:
Skills: Should be an excellent communicator. Prior experience of conducting training sessions and skill in handling diverse audiences is an advantage. Ability to develop original content is required.
Attitude: Should be a fast-learner. Problem-solving attitude a must. High levels of motivation required. The candidate must be prepared to work long hours as per the organization's requirement.
Educational Qualification: Post-Graduates in humanities disciplines/MBA/B.Tech preferred. However, highly motivated individuals from other disciplines could also apply.
Travel: The candidates must be prepared for outstation travel.
