PSPCL is looking for young & dynamic candidates with brilliant academic record for the post of LDC/Typist, JE/Electrical and SSA against CRA 290/17 & CRA 291/17

Basic and professional qualification :
a) Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University or Institution
And
b) Possesses at least one hundred and twenty hours course with hands on experience in the use of Personal Computer or Information Technology in Office productivity application or Desktop Publishing application from a Govt. recognized institution or a reputed institution, which is ISO 9001 certified
OR
Possesses a Computer information Technology Course equivalent to 'O' level certificate of Department. Of Electronics Accreditation of Computer Courses (DOEACC) of Govt. of India.

Basic and professional qualification :
Full Time Regular 3/4 years Diploma in Electrical/ Electrical and Electronics/ Computer Science/IT Engg. from an institute recognized by State/ Central Govt. with minimum 60% marks .

Full Time Regular BE/ B.Tech/B.Sc Engineering in Electrical/Electrical and Electronics/ Computer Science/IT Engg. with a minimum of 50 % marks or equivalent degree recognized by AICTE.
OR
AMIE in Electrical/Electrical and Electronics/ Computer Science/IT Engg. with at least 50% marks from Institution of Engineers(India) Calcutta.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMITTING ONLINE APPLICATIONS :
General Instructions:
1. Read the Instructions carefully and select "I Agree" and Press 'Start' button to proceed further.
2. For detailed Notification, click at CRA No. 290/17 for LDC/Typist post and CRA No. 291/17 for the post of Junior Engineer/Electrical & Sub Station Attendant (SSA) and read it carefully before filling-up the on-line application.
3. Before start of filling-up of application through on-line mode, the candidate should keep ready, the following relevant details/ scanned copies of documents for uploading, as applicable:-
a. Valid E-mail ID & Mobile Number. Candidates should ensure that mobile number and email id should remain operational till the completion of entire recruitment process.
b. His\Her personal details.
c. Relevant certificates like Caste certificate, etc., respectively for SC/ST/OBC seeking fee relaxation.
d. Scanned copy of the recent passport size color Photograph (not older than 3 weeks). Candidates should ensure that the same photograph is used throughout this recruitment process.
e. Scanned signature.
4. Category once filled by candidate in the online application form will not be changed and no benefit of other category will be admissible
5. Only Indian Nationals fulfilling eligibility criteria can apply for the above Post.
How to Apply:
I. Candidates should have a valid personal e-mail ID and mobile number. It should be kept active during the entire recruitment process. Application Sequence number, password, and all other important communication will be sent on the same registered e-mail ID (please ensure that email sent to this mailbox is not redirected to your junk / spam folder).
II. Candidates are required to enter the same application sequence no. and other details which are asked on payment page as filled in application form and keep the copy of payment receipt with them for future reference. In case of any mistake in the details filled by the candidate while making payment, no changes will be entertained for the same later on.
III. Candidates should take utmost care to furnish/providing the correct details while filling in the on-line application. YOU CAN EDIT THE INFORMATION BEFORE SUBMISSION OF STEP-I and STEP-II Once the form is submitted, it can't be edited.
IV. The process for submitting the application is given below:
Step-I: Sign-up by filling up Post Applied Name, Mobile No. and E-mail ID. The candidates will receive Application Sequence No. (User ID) & Password on their registered e-mail ID/registered Mobile.
Step-II: Candidate can Re-login or Directly go to application tab displayed at the top of application form and select the category and fill up the Personal Details, Qualification Details, Upload relevant documents i.e. photo & signature.
Step-III:On completion of Step-II, submit Fee online (as applicable) using either of net banking, debit cards or credit cards through SBI Collect on real time basis after minimum of 24 hours of submission of application. The status of payment will be updated after 24 hours from the submission of fees. Application without requisite amount of Fees Stands Rejected.
V. Application once submitted cannot be withdrawn and fee once paid will neither be refunded nor adjusted
STEP-I : Registration
a. Candidates agreeing the terms & conditions may apply by clicking 'I Agree' Checkbox given below and pressing the 'Start' button.
b. Sign-up by selecting Post Applied, Name, Mobile No. and E-mail ID.
c. On completion of Step-I candidates will receive Application Sequence No (User ID) & Password on their
registered email ID & mobile number
.
STEP-II : Filling-up of Application
a After registration, Candidate can Re-login or Directly go to application tab displayed at the top of application form to complete Personal Details, Qualification Details, Upload photo /signature etc.
b Instructions regarding scanning of Photograph and Signature: Candidates should upload the scanned (digital) image of their photograph and signature as per the process given below:
i. Photograph Image:
** Photograph must be a recent passport size colour picture on light background (not older than 3 weeks).
** Look straight at the camera with a relaxed face.
** The size of the scanned image should be between 20kb -50kb in jpg/ jpeg format only
** Dimensions 150x200 pixels (preferred).
ii. Signature image:
** The applicant has to sign on white paper with Black ink pen.
** The signature must be signed only by the applicant and not by any other person.
** Please scan the signature area only and not the entire page.
** Size of file should be between 10kb – 20kb in Jpg/jpeg format only.
** Dimensions 140x60 pixels (preferred).
STEP-III : Submission of Application Fees
a. On completion of Step II, Candidate needs to click on “Make Payment” tab active for submission of applicable fees after minimum 24 hours of submission of application. Once SB Collect of State Bank of India portal opened then DO not click Refresh or Back Button.
b. Steps to be followed in SB Collect portal for Online Payment:
1. Select disclaimer check box and proceed.
2. On next screen select Category ‘PSPCL RECTT’.
3. System will redirect you on PSPCL page of State Bank Collect Portal.
4. Select the Online Payment Option.
5. Enter required details i.e Application Sequence Number and Date of birth (DD/MM/YYYY). Candidates are required to fill the same application sequence no. and other details which are asked on payment page as was filled in application form. In case of any mistake in the details filled by the candidate while making payment, no changes will be entertained for the same later on.
6. Select the Online Payment Option i.e Internet Banking/Credit Card/Debit Card then click on submit Button.
7. On completion of payment, candidate has to keep the transaction reference number and copy of payment receipt with them for future reference.
8. Application without requisite amount of Fees Stands Rejected.
d. Candidates are advised not to attempt for registration more than once for one post. In case of multiple registrations for one post is attempted, only the last application will be considered.
