The written examination for recruitment of LGC posts in PBMC will be conducted on 21 January 2018.

Procedure :
Download Hall Ticket/Admit Card by Logging into the Recruitment Portal
Fill in the details and click on "Submit" button
i) Enter Application Number
AND
ii) Enter Name (minimum 4 characters)
iii) Click on "Submit" Button
INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES :
Note: The admission is provisional. If it is found later on or any stage that you do not fulfil any of the conditions of the eligibility, your candidature will be cancelled and no appeal against such cancellation will be entertained. You are therefore, advised to check carefully and satisfy yourself that you fulfill all the conditions of eligibility.
1. The candidate will be admitted to take the examination at the centre specified in the Admission Certificate only and no other centre.
2. The candidates must bring in original a photo-bearing identity card such as Islander Card, Pan Card, Voter ID Card, Driving License, Aadhaar Card etc. issued by the competent authority.
3. Candidate should reach the examination venue between 9:00 a.m. to 9:15 a.m. and be present in the Examination Hall at 9:30 a.m. on the day of examination. No candidate will be allowed to the Examination Hall after 9:30 a.m.
4. The candidate should not bring any other paper except to the Admission Certificate to the Examination Hall. Candidate found using or attempting to use any unfair means shall be liable to such punishment as the Council may decide to impose.
5. The use of calculators, logarithm tables, electronic devices, cell phones, wireless communication devices are strictly banned. Mobile phones and wireless communication devices are completely banned in the Examination Halls / Rooms.
Candidates are not allowed to keep mobile phones / any other wireless communication devices with them even in switched off mode. Failing to comply with this provision will be considered as using unfair means in the examination and action will be taken against them including cancellation of their candidature and future debarment from appearing in examinations.
6. No candidate shall leave the Examination Hall till the completion of the stipulated time of the paper and until the answer sheets of all the candidates in the room/hall have been collected or accounted for.
7. Candidate must abide by the instructions given by the Supervisor / Invigilator. Failure to do so will make the candidate liable to such punishment as the Council may decide.
8. Candidates are required to bring one recent passport size photograph.
9. Before you start to answer the questions, you must check up that the Question Booklet and ensure that it contains all the pages and see that no page is missing or repeated.
10. The Question Booklet and OMR sheet provided to you should bear the same Serial Number. If you find any defect in the Question Booklet or discrepancy in the Serial Number of OMR Sheet and Booklet, you must get it replaced immediately.
11. The paper carries negative marking 0.25 marks which will be deducted for each wrong answer.
12. You will be supplied the OMR Sheet separately by the Invigilator. You must complete and code the details of Name, Roll Number, Ticket Number and Booklet Number in the OMR Sheet carefully. You must also put your signature and Left-Hand Thumb impression on the OMR sheet at the prescribed place before you actually start answering the questions. These instructions must be fully complied with, failing which, your answer sheet will not be evaluated.
13. Answers must be shown by completely blackening the corresponding circles of the OMR Sheet against the relevant question number by Black or Blue Ball-point Pen only. Answers which are not shown by Black or Blue Ball-point Pen will not be awarded any mark.
14. A machine will read the coded information in the OMR Sheet. In case the information is incomplete or different from the information given in the application form, such candidate will be awarded ‘ZERO’ mark.
15. Both OMR Sheet and Question Booklet must be handed over to the Invigilator before you leave the Examination Hall failing which your candidature will be suspended.
16. No rough work is to be done on the OMR sheet. Blank spaces for rough work has been provided at the end of the question booklet.
17. You are prohibited from writing your name or making any other distinctive mark on any part of the answer book.
18. Do not fold, tear, wrinkle or staple the OMR sheet and do not do rough work on it.
19. It shall be desirable to familiarize yourself about exact location of the examination centre in advance.
