Amrita Entrance Examination :
Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham conducts entrance examination across the country annually for admission to B.Tech programmes offered at Amrita Schools of Engineering - Amritapuri, Bengaluru & Coimbatore.

Admission to B.Tech programme is only through Amrita Entrance Examination - Engineering conducted every year. Examination is conducted in two modes: Computer Based Test (CBT) mode and Pen & Paper Based Test (P&P).

Eligible and interested candidates can register online/purchase OMR applications from designated post officies & Dhanalaxmi / Federal Bank branches.

CBT will be conducted in 3 time slots per day in multiple cities all over the Country. P&P Test will be conducted from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM in all major cities in the states of Karnataka, Kerala and Tamilnadu.

How to Apply? :
** To apply for Amrita Entrance Examination Engineering (AEEE-2018), the eligible and interested candidates should register for AEEE-2018 by submitting an application in the prescribed form either ONLINE or by using a printed OMR application, BUT NOT BOTH.
** The prescribed application fee is Rs. 1000/-
** Based on the rank obtained by the candidates in AEEE-2018, candidates will be called for admission counseling and candidates can choose their branch & campus from any of the available seats as per their preference and eligibility during counseling.

AEEE OFFLINE REGISTRATION USING OMR APPLICATION FORM :

** Printed OMR application forms can be obtained in person by paying application fee Rs. 1000/-:
** From the list of sale outlets (Post Office, Dhanlaxmi Bank and Federal Bank)
** From the counter of Amrita Schools of Engineering at Amritapuri, Bengaluru and Coimbatore on producing a Demand Draft drawn in favour of Amrita School of Engineering payable at Coimbatore.
** Printed OMR application forms can also be obtained by post from the Admissions Coordinator, Amrita School of Engineering Coimbatore with a written request giving complete communication address, phone number and Email ID along with a Demand Draft as mentioned above.
** When a Demand Draft is used, candidate should write on the back of the Demand Draft, “B.Tech. Application 2018,” his / her "Name" and "Mobile Number."

Instructions :
** While filling the OMR application form, applicants are requested to keep ready a recent passport size colour photograph of good quality 3.5 cm (Width) x 4.5 cm (Height) taken within the last three months. The photo should be pasted (not pinned or stapled) firmly inside the space provided and the photograph should NOT be attested.

** Fill the OMR application form (OMR sheet) after reading all the instructions given in Section 4.2.1 in the Information Handbook issued along with the OMR application.
** Use black ink ball point pen to write and HB pencil to darken the bubbles.

** Filled-in OMR application to be submitted to the following address on or before 31-03-2018. Applications submitted after 31-03-2018 will not be accepted
