Civil Engineer Recruitment :
Ircon Infrastructure & Services Limited (IrconISL) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Ircon International Limited, which is a government company under the Ministry of Railways engaged in providing project management, quality management, safety, health and environment related consultancy services and other business support and incidental services to clients in India and abroad.

The company invites applications from dynamic Civil Engineers for the following post on Contract basis at fixed all inclusive salary for posting in its Myanmar Projects.

Posts, Remuneration : Senior Project Engineer/ Civil (Bridge/Highway) Fixed Salary in Myanmar @ USD 2700/- pm with annual increment of USD 20/-
Vacancies : 6 Nos. (3 Bridges & 3 Highways)
Essential Qualification : Degree in Civil Engineering with not less than 60% Marks. M. Tech shall be given preference.
Post Qualification Experience as on 31-12-2017 :
Not born before : 01-11-1967

Posts, Remuneration : Project Engineer /Civil (Material/Construction) Fixed Salary in Myanmar @ USD 2510/- pm with annual increment of USD 20/-
Vacancies : 5 Nos. (2 Material & 3 Construction)
Essential Qualification : Degree in Civil Engineering with not less than 60% Marks. M.Tech shall be given preference.
Post Qualification Experience as on 31-12-2017 :
For Material:
Minimum 11 years experience in quality control of Minimum 2 lane Highway projects (flexible/ rigid pavement)/ Railway Projects/ Bridge Projects.
For Construction:
Minimum 11 years experience in construction/ supervision of Minimum 2 lane Highway projects (flexible/ rigid pavement)/ Railway Projects/ Bridge Projects.
Experience of survey/quality control along with supervision works and experience in PMC shall be given preference.
Not born before : 01-11-1972

Posts, Remuneration : Deputy Project Engineer (Civil) Fixed Salary in Myanmar @ USD 2355/- pm with annual increment of USD 20/-
Vacancies : 3 Nos.
Essential Qualification : Degree in Civil Engineering with not less than 60% Marks. M. Tech shall be given preference.
Post Qualification Experience as on 31-12-2017 :
Minimum 9 years experience in construction/ supervision of Minimum 2 lane highway projects (flexible/ rigid pavement)/ Railway Projects/ Bridge Projects.
Experience of survey/quality control along with supervision works and experience in PMC shall be given preference.
Not born before : 01-11-1977

Posts, Remuneration : Assistant Project Engineer (Civil) Fixed Salary in Myanmar @ USD 1150/- pm with annual increment of USD 25/-
Vacancies : 5 Nos.
Essential Qualification : Degree in Civil Engineering with not less than 60% Marks. M.Tech shall be given preference.
Post Qualification Experience as on 31-12-2017 :
Minimum 3 years experiencein construction/ supervision of Minimum 2 lane highway projects (flexible/ rigid pavement)/ Railway Projects/ Bridge Projects.
Experience of survey/quality control along with supervision works and experience in PMC shall be given preference.
Not born before : 01-11-1982

1. Application neatly typed on A-4 size paper in the format given below should be addressed and sent to Chief Executive Officer, Ircon Infrastructure & Services Limited as per address given in table (B-2) below accompanied with the self attested photocopies of the following documents :
a) Matriculation Certificate (for age proof);
b) Certificate of professional Degree(s) along with marksheet (s);
c) Experience Certificates in proof of experience clearly indicating the length and line of experience;
d) Copy of valid Community certificate (SC, ST, OBC etc.) if any. Candidates applying under OBC category (non creamy layer) will have to submit a latest financial year caste certificate in the centre format applicable for applying for the posts under Govt. of India;
e) Copy of valid passport.

2. Applications must reach to this office latest by 31-12-2017. Application received after due date will not be considered. No interview call letters will be issued. Applications received via e-mail will not be considered.

3. Selection process for only those candidates will be conducted who are eligible as per the eligibility criteria. List of shortlisted candidates for interviews shall be displayed on our web-site. Candidates are requested to check their eligibility before coming for interview.

4. Applicants are, therefore, advised to check their eligibility thoroughly while applying so as to avoid disappointment at a later stage. The applicants must bring the original certificates in proof of age, community, educational qualifications and experience while coming for the interview failing which the interview of the candidate will not be held.

5. Incomplete or vague applications will be rejected summarily. Applications not in the prescribed format, unsigned, without a photograph or without supporting documents of age, qualification, %age of marks & experience certificate will also not be entertained. IrconISL will not be responsible for loss of application in transit or postal delay.

IrconISL on discretion reserves the right to reject any application or cancel the candidature without assigning any reason thereof.

6. All information submitted in the application will be verified with original documents at the time of interview. If any information provided by the candidate is found to be false or incorrect or not in conformity with the eligibility criteria, then his/her candidature is liable to be rejected/cancelled at any stage of recruitment.

7. Applicants working in Govt./PSUs may note that this is a short duration contract post and even for these posts they have to produce NOC at the time of interview and resign from their parent organisation on their selection.
