Job Description :
Assistant Manager–Accounts is overall responsible for providing accurate, consistent and timely financial services for the purpose of keeping the financial operations and transactions up-to-date and closed out in proper way. Position reports to Adviser-F & A.
Job Responsibilities :
Some of the responsibilities include -
** Registration & Admissions – financial transactions
** Payroll administration
** Financial control services
** Purchasing assistance
** Accounts receivable and accounts payable
** Communicate and respond to issues raised within established timelines
** Record, report and safeguard Institute’s capital and other physical assets
Skills and Experience :
Required:
** Graduate / Master’s Degree (full-time) from a reputed university
** 12-15 years of relevant experience, with a few years in a leadership role
** Good communication and presentation skills
Grade: G3
Type of role: Full Time
Location: Sri City, AP
Compensation: Similar to IITs

Position: Assistant Manager – Academics
Job Description : Assistant Manager–Academics is responsible for planning and managing academic programs related administrative functions. Reports to Dean-Academics.
Job Responsibilities :
** Responsible for day-to-day operations of academics administration functions including courses scheduling, attendance, testing & grading, and providing feedback to students and faculty
** Provide administrative help to faculty in various academic initiatives
** Proactively address students queries
Skills and Experience :
Required:
** Master’s Degree (full-time) from a reputed university
** A minimum of 5-6 years of relevant experience, with a few years in a leadership role
** Excellent communication and presentation skills
Grade: G3
Type of role: Full Time
Location: Sri City, AP
Compensation: Similar to IITs
Start Date: Immediate/a.s.a.p.

Note :
1. Mere fulfillment of the minimum qualification will not vest any right on a candidate for being called for a written test/skill test/interview, etc.
