Admission for MA(Edu.) BLIS/MLIS/M.A./M. COM/B.A./B.COM(Distance Mode), January 2018

ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION IN MA. EDUCATION (2 YEARS PROGRAMME) :
(i) Bachelor of Education from any recognised University/Institutions. or,
(ii) Graduate of any discipline with 45% marks in aggregate from any recognised University/Institution/Deemed University.
** Application fee :Rs.- 1000/- (At the time of submission of Application form)
** Admission fee :-Rs.- 10,000/- Every Year (At the time of first year Admission & as well as in 2nd year Admission)
** Rs.- 100/- (For Gandhi Sadan at the time of only first year Admission)

** Sale of Prospectus cum Application form :- December 15, 2017 to Jan. 06, 2018.
** Last Date of Submission of Application form :- Jan. 06, 2018.
** Date of Publication of Merit List :- Jan. 10, 2018.
No. of Seats:- 500: Reservation as per state Govt. norms/LNMU norms
Admission Criteria: Admission will be made purely on merit basis. Merit list will be prepared on the basis of Marks obtained in Bachelor of Education/Bachelor's Degree.

(i) Graduate of any discipline with 45% marks in aggregate from any recognized University/institution/ deemed University. or,
(ii) A graduate having two years working experience in Library and Information centre of State/National repute. or,
(iii) A graduate with diploma in Library Science.
** Application fee :Rs. - 600/- (At the time of submission of Application form)
** Admission fee :-Rs. 11,000/- + 100/- (At the time of Admission)

On or before Jan. 06, 2018 the last date for submission of the application form is either by the candidate in person or by speed post/registered post/courier. The Directorate will not be responsible for loss in transit due to postal service.

ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION IN MLIS (1 YEAR PROGRAMME) :
The basic qualification for admission to Master of Library and Information Science (MLIS) programme is Bachelor in Library and Information Science (BLIS) or its equivalent qualification from any recognized University.
** Application fee :- 600/- (At the time of submission of Application form)
** Programme fee :- 13,500/- + 100/- (At the time of Admission)
No. of Seats:- 500: Reservation as per state Govt. norms/LNMU norms.

Intermediate passed or its equivalent passed from recognized board.
** Admission Criteria:- Direct First come first serve basis.
** Admission starts from December 15, 2017.
** Last Date of Admission Jan. 16, 2018.
** Prospectus & Admission Forms are Available on the DDE website (ddelnmu.ac.in), office in DDE and in Authorized Study Centres.
** Required Fee is to be deposited in the form of Bank Challan/DD in favour of LNMU Distance Education Fund A/c, at Headquarter or Authorized Study Centres.

Any Graduate or its equivalent passed from Recognized University.
