Download Call Letter :
1. You have been provisionally selected for the post JUNIOR ENGINEER (CIVIL) through SSC against advt No. JE-2015.

2. You are hereby advised to report at GREF Centre, Dighi Camp, Pune-15 on the date mentioned against your name at 0800 Hrs along with following documents (original + 6 copies duly attested by Officer mentioned at Page No. 05 of Attestation Form):- (Note : No documents in regional language will be accepted.)

(a) Attestation Form may please be downloaded from BRO web site bro.gov.in. The candidate must ensure that Attestation Form is filled correctly in all respects. Some related guidelines for filling of Attestation From are given below:-
(i) Photograph at Page No. 01 must be attested by an Officer as mentioned in Page No. 05 of Attestation Form duly enfacing with his name & designation stamp.

(ii) At specified location in page No. 06 of attestation form will be signed by the officer who have attested the photograph affixed at page No. 01. The officer should know the candidate for minimum one year. The officer should sign the form duly mentioning identification period and enfacing his name & designation seal along with concerned office seal / round seal (mandatory).

(b) Proof of Residence. Domicile certificate showing permanent residential address, issued by the competent authority. In case of Gorkhas of Indian Domicile Certificate, Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC) issued by the competent authority.

(c) Educational qualification. Original Mark sheet and certificate of 10th/12th class, technical qualification (Diploma/B.Tech etc), other education qualifications and experience certificate wherever applicable which you have mentioned in your application form.

(d) Caste Certificate. Original Certificate of SC, ST and OBC Caste as per specified format of Govt of India duly signed by competent authority with his name & designation stamp and office round seal (mandatory) affixed on the place provided. In respect of OBC candidates, the guidelines of Govt of India regarding creamy layer status be strictly followed. Latest Format of Caste Certificate can be downloaded from BRO web site bro.gov.in.

(e) Proof of Marriage: Candidates who are married are advised to produce marriage certificate issued by competent authority at the time of induction.
(f) Claim in respect of age relaxation. If any candidate who is claiming age relaxation should bring original certificate on the specified format of Govt of India.
(g) Ex-Service man. A candidate who had applied under Ex-serviceman category should bring original certificate related to Ex serviceman issued by competent authority .
(h) No Objection Certificate. If any individual has applied while serving with other department, he should bring original No Objection Certificate (NOC) issued by competent authority.
(j) Photographs. 10 (ten) Nos recent coloured passport size photos or that photographs which was affixed by you in application Form.

3 Physical Efficiency Test:-
(a) All candidates will be made to appear in Physical Efficiency Test and qualifying in the test is essential for further appearance in Medical examination. You will undergo Physical Efficiency Test which consists of one mile run. You have to complete one mile run in 10 minutes or less else you will be declared FAIL and your dossier will be returned to SSC. No second chance will be given to candidates for appearing in Physical Efficiency Test.

4 Medical examination:-
(a) Those candidates who qualify in Physical Efficiecny Test will have to undergo medical examination conducted by the Medical Board of Officers from GREF/Armed Forces at GREF Centre, Dighi Camp, Pune-15. The physical standards and medical examination will be carried out as per the approved Standard Operating Procedure for recruitment in this department. The same has already been uploaded on SSC website and as well as on BRO website.

(b) Physical Efficiency Test and Medical examination may take approximate one to two weeks time. During this period you will have to make own arrangements for your stay and food. All expenditure towards your journey, lodging/boarding and food will be borne by you.

5 Candidate is hereby advised to bring his Bank Pass Book (Preferably SBI) alongwith AADHAR Card & PAN Card.

6 Delay in Recruitment During the initial checking of your above essential documents, if you fail to produce any document or any discrepancy is found in them, you will not be allowed to undergo Physical Examination as well as medical examination. You will be responsible for the delay in your recruitment on this account.

7 Your appointment is subject to producing all above mentioned requisite documents and declaring fit in medical examination.
8 Training after Appointment : If you are finally appointed, you will undergo training at GREF Centre, Dighi Camp, Pune-15 for specified duration.

9 Cancellation of Candidature. If you absent yourself or fail to report timely for Physical Efficiency Test & Medical examination on time, date and venue specified by GREF Centre, Dighi Camp, Pune-15, your candidature will be cancelled and your dossier will be returned to SSC.

10 No Representation/Application. No representation/application for change of date of Physical Efficiency Test and Primary Medical Examination will be accepted/entertained by GREF Centre, Dighi Camp, Pune-15.
