Downloading of Admit Cards for CBT Exam on 21st and 22nd of December, 2017.

Admit Cards for Written of December, 2017 - regarding :
1. In continuation to this Office’s notice nos. SSB/Secy/Sel/2017/11736-42 dated 15-11-2017 and SSB/Secy/Sel/2017/11248-52 dated 02-11-2017, it is for the information of all the concerned candidates that the Computer Based Objective Type Written Exam for the posts mentioned hereunder is scheduled to be held on 21st and 22nd of December, 2017.

2. The candidates are once again being intimated that there shall be negative marking for wrong answers (0.25 for each wrong answer) attempted in the said examination. The exam shall be Computer Based (CBT) for which a demo link has been activated at our website for acquaintance of the candidates. The User name and Password for demo test is JKSSBMOCK. Detailed criteria of Selection shall be notified by the Board for each item separately, if not notified earlier.

3. Candidates are required to download their Admit Cards from our website (jkssb.nic.in) from today, i.e., 02nd December, 2017, onwards.

4. Any Candidate who does not find his admit card is free to submit a written representation before the Administrative Officer, Jammu/Srinagar by or before 11th December, 2017 (2 pm) failing which no grievance shall be entertained at any other stage. The written representation submitted before concerned Administrative Officers will only be entertained.

Call letters shall not be issued individually. However, Board shall give wide publicity through print and electronic media, Official Website (www.jkssb.nic.in) and Official application portal (www.ssbjk.in)of the Board about the venues, dates of the written test for the information of eligible candidates. No claim of being unaware of the dates/ schedule for written test/ interview shall be entertained.

The candidate must produce the original qualification/ category certificates/Bonafide certificates in case of qualifications obtained from outside J&K State before the Committee constituted for such purpose by the Board. Even otherwise, the Board can call for any Certificate/Document from any candidate at any stage, even before the written test for verification.

Any candidate who fails to produce the relevant original documents/ testimonials on the scheduled date shall not be allowed to either participate in the Selection process or finally selected, as the case may be.

No TA/DA will be paid for participation in the written test/interview.
