Finance General Manager Recruitment :

Position : Additional General Manager (Finance)
Post Qualification Experience : Approx.18 Years
Qualification : Chartered Accountant (CA)
CTC Rs p.a. : Commensurate with Qualification & Experience
Eligibility Criteria :
Role: To lead, direct and control financial management in accordance with statutory requirements, corporate policies and procedures.
Responsibilties:
** Monitor & Preparation of Budget and Business Plan.
** Monitor and ensure timely closure of accounts.
** Ensure regular and timely collection of revenues.
** Ensure statutory compliances w.r.t. GST etc.
** Ensuring that the regulatory requirements of all statutory bodies are met regarding all the Company's financial affairs.
** Ensuring compliances to all taxation matters & banking matters as per prevailing laws.
** Knowledge of Treasury management will be added advantage.
** Exposure to SAP System shall be preffered.
Personal Skills:
** Meet the requirement for a commercially astute, articulate, technically strong, dynamic, insightful and influential leader with the ability to operate both strategic and operational levels.
** Exceptional communication skills at all levels.
** Strong IT skills, always being ahead of new technologies.

Age: 45 years as on 1.11.2017

Position : Chief Manager (Finance)
Post Qualification Experience : Approx.16 Years
Qualification : Chartered Accountant (CA)
CTC Rs p.a. : Commensurate with Qualification & Experience
Eligibility Criteria :
Role: To instituionlizing the complete corporate finance and budgeting framework for the organization.
Responsibilties:
** Review and consolidation of Budget plans and conduct project feasibility evaluation.
** Effectively manage contracts (including project contracts) and qulaity of financial process and controls.
** Overall responsibility for statutory compliance,internal control and MIS reporting.
** Ensure timely closure of accounts and finalization of books of accounts.
** Monitor all audit activities.
** Ensuring compliances to all taxation matters & banking matters as per prevailing laws.
Personal Skills:
** In-depth knowledge in formulating and implementing various strategies and systems in order to achieve the organisation objectives.
** Exceptional communication skills at all levels.
** Strong IT skills, always being ahead of new technologies.
** Ability to handle high levels of pressure and critical decision-making.
** High integrity and openness combined with commitment to good governance.
** The knowledge of treasury management will be added adavantage.
** Exposure to SAP System shall be preffered.
** Energetic, highly motivated, with an enquiring mind and passion for excellence and innovation in pursuit of business.
Age: 43 years as on 1.11.2017

** Knowledge of Gujarati language will be preferred

** The selected candidate will have to execute a Service Agreement for the amount of Rs.2.5 lakhs for the period of 5 (Five) years
