RECRUITMENT NOTICE FOR THE POST OF CHOWKIDAR, CARPENTER AND COOK IN 486 COY ASC (SUP) TYPE ‘B’ (SRIGANGANAGAR)

Applications are invited by 486 Coy ASC (Sup) Type "B" in the prescribed format for the under mentioned post from Indian Citizens as declared eligible by the Govt of India, Min of Defence. The application should reach 486 Coy ASC (Sup) Type ‘B’ (Sriganganagar) with 21 days from the date of publication of this advertisement in Employment News:-

Name of the Post : Chowkidar
No of Post : 01
Age limit & Relaxation : 18-25 years of age
Pay Scale : Rs 18,000/- to 29200/- and other allowances as per 7th CPC
Qualification/Experience required :
(a) Matriculation pass or equivalent from a recognized board
(b) Qualifying physical fitness test.
(c) Written test to pass.

Name of the Post : Cook
No of Post : 01
Age limit & Relaxation : 18-25 years of age
Pay Scale : Rs 18,000/- to 29200/- and other allowances as per 7th CPC
Qualification/Experience required :
(a) Matriculation pass or equivalent from a recognized board
(b) Must have knowledge of Indian Cooking and proficiency in trade.
(c) Written test to pass.

Name of the Post : Carpenter
No of Post : 01
Age limit & Relaxation : 18-25 Yrs of age
Pay Scale : Rs 18,000/-to 29200/- and other allowances as per 7th CPC
Qualification/Experience required :
(a) Matriculation pass or equivalent from a recognized board
(b) Essential proficiency in trade
(c) Written test to pass.

Application Form :
Candidates fulfilling above criteria may submit their application as per the format published along with the advertisement and fill up all the columns in their own hand writing in block capital letters. One extra passport size photographs duly self attested should be affixed with the application.

Application form Part-I & II should be sent by “Registered post” or “speed post” duly enclosing two self-addressed envelope of size 28 cm x 12 cm affixed with postal stamp of Rs 60/-. Application form should be sent to Officer Commanding 486 Coy ASC (Sup) Type "B", PIN 905 486, C/o 56 APO within 21 days including Sundays and Holidays from the date of publication of this advertisement in the employment News.

The envelope carrying the application form should clearly be marked, “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF ……..” on the top of envelope while sending the application form. One applicant can apply either for Chowkidar OR Cook OR for Carpenter. Applicant applying for more than one post, all application will be outrightly rejected.

Last date of application :
Last date for receipt of application is within 21 days including Sunday and Holidays from the date of publication of this advertisement in the employment News. No application will be entertained after 1700 hrs of the closing date i.e. 21 days from the date of publication of this advertisement notice in the employment News.

Application received late due to postal delay will be summarily rejected. The department will not be responsible for lost delayed/misplaced/or wrongly delivered mail. No application will be accepted in person by hand or through any representative. The application must be posted to the addressee. The unit will not be responsible for any kind of postal delay and no clarification will be offered for the same.

The following documents are required to be submitted along with application duly self attested. The original documents are mandatory to be submitted as and when asked from the selected candidate. The documents are :-
