Junior Resident Recruitment :
The Medical Superintendent, Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, New Delhi invites applications from Indian National in the Prescribed form (Annexure-I) for the post of Junior Residents (Non Academic) on regular basis. The reservation of posts will be as per 200 Point Roster.

No. of posts : 81
Emoluments: Pay Scale RS. 56100-1,77,500/- plus applicable admissible allowances in pay matrix (level 10) under CCS (Revised Pay) Rules, 2016 at entry level.

Eligibility:
a) MBBS from a recognized University,
b) Should be registered with Delhi Medical Council (DMC). Provisional Registration Certificate and receipt will not be considered.
c) Only those candidates who have completed / likely to Complete Internship by 31.12.17 may apply.
d) The Candidates who completed Internship before 31.12.15 need not apply; as such candidates Would not be eligible.
e) Those who have already done/doing Jr. Residency in Government organization for more than 06 months are not eligible.

Age Limit:
a) Not exceeding 30 years for UR (relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC) as on 15.12.2017.
b) Age Relaxation of 10 years for Persons with Disability (15 years for SC/ST and 13 years for OBC Candidates).

Reservation:
All reservations will be Considered in the above posts strictly in accordance with prescribed norms/rules.

d) SC/ST candidates to submit copy of Community/caste certificate from desirable authority.
e) OBC Candidates should submit OBC Certificate as per given Annexure-II having date of issue on or after 01.04.2014 vide OM No. 36036/2/2013-Estt. (Res-I) dated 31.03.2016 of DOPT, Ministry of Personal & Public Grievance & Pensions, New Delhi.
f) Persons with disability (PWD) to produce/submit a certificate issued by a competent medical authority.

Terms & Condition of Recruitment :
a) Prescribed Application form duly filled & signed (Annexure-I) should be accompanied With self attested copies of Final mark sheet of M.B.B.S examination, DMC registration certificate, Internship completion certificate, Category certificate, 10 class passing Certificate and Copy of Aadhar Card along with non-refundable Demand Draft of Rs. 500/-for UR & OBC candidates payable to PAO, Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, New Delhi-110 001 at New Delhi, purchased/issued after the date of advertisement (SC/ST & PWD Candidates exempted as per govt. rules) should reach to

The hospital will not be responsible for any postal delay. Application fee once remitted shall not be refunded under any circumstances.

b) Incomplete application in any respect Will not be Considered. All previous applications received in this hospital Will be treated as Cancelled and only application in response to this Advertisement on Prescribed form Will be Considered.

c) The selection will be based on written examination.
d) DMC Certificate mandatory at the time of joining (If selected).
e) The Schedule of Written examination will be mentioned on the Admit Card/displayed on the hospital Website.
f) The Admit Card will be uploaded on hospital website only (rmth.nic.in).
g) If OBC Candidate does not submit valid OBC certificate, the Candidature will be rejected. OBC Candidates are strictly instructed to submit the OBC certificate as per given annexure-II.

h) The list of rejected candidates after screening will be displayed on the notice board of the Academic Section latest by 22 December 2017. All representation regarding rejection should be received in the Section by 27 December 2017 till 4:00 P.M. and no representation will be entertained after the date,

i) Appointment to selected/Wait listed candidates will only be given after verification of original documents.
j) Status of Hepatitis B vaccination of applicants should be submitted as an undertaking.
k) The Competent authority reserves the right of any amendment, Cancellation and changes to this advertisement as a whole or in part without assigning any reason.
l) No TA/DA will be paid for this purpose.
m) All future information, Corrigendum, clarification in this regard will be displayed on the notice board of Academic Section & hospital Website (rmlh.nic.in). No separate notification will be Sent.
n) The applicants are advised to visit the Website periodically for updates.

N.B.: Please affix the following with the application form:
1) One recent Passport size Photograph. (Space Provided)
2) Self attested Copies of all the Certificates/testimonials.

PLEASE NOTE:
1. Incomplete applications will be rejected straight way,
2. OBC Certificate is accepted only in the given Annexure-II otherwise application will be rejected.

3. Non-Refundable Demand Draft of Rs.500/- for UR & OBC Candidates payable to the P.A.O., Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, New Delhi- 110 001 purchased after the date of advertisement will be accepted. No other means of payment would be accepted SC/ST & PwD Candidates are exempted as per govt. rules.

4. If it is found that the applicant has suppressed any information or given Wrong information his/her junior Residency (Non - Academic) will be terminated forthwith without assigning any CaSO).
