Program Coordinator, Consultant Documentation Recruitment :
Rajya Anand Sansthan an autonomous body under Ministry of Happiness, Government of Madhya Pradesh invites applications from experienced in service / retired dynamic and motivated officers, academicians and persons preferably having research experience or contributory performance in welfare programmes / projects.

Name of the post : State Research officer
No of post : 1
Eligibility Criteria (Contract) :
** Any retired Professor or Associate professor or working in private university /college
** Having PhD
** Experience of research and published research papers.
** Minimum teaching experience of ten years.

Name of the post : State programme officer(Happiness Index)
No of post : 1
Eligibility Criteria (Contract) :
** Any person retired in rank of deputy secretary to Central/State government /PSU
or
** Retired as Associate Professor or working in private university /college
** Having PhD
** Adequate research experience.
** Minimum teaching experience of ten years.

Eligibility Criteria (Contract) :
** Any person retired in the rank of Deputy director Central/State government/PSU
or
** Retired as Assistant Professor from central/state university / government colleges
** Should have minimum research experience of five years
or
** Any person who is Post Graduate with experience of working in any reputed consultancy firm for a period of two years.
** Experience of having worked in the relevant field like Psychology, Sociology, Management, Social Science, Economics desirable.

** Any person who is post graduate and has cleared National Eligibility Test (NET) in any subject and teaching experience of two years.

No of post : 1
Eligibility Criteria (Contract) :
** Any person who is post graduate with minimum teaching experience of 5 years in higher educations or experience of working in the research project for two years or experience of having worked with reputed consultancy organization for the period of two years.
** Experience in life skill sector would be desirable.
or
** Any person who is post graduate and has cleared National Eligibility Test (NET) in any subject and teaching experience of two years.

Important Note :
1. The candidate having research experience and research publications in renowned publication in national / international journals.
2. The salary for contractual appointment is negotiable.
3. Recruitment on contract will be for two year and may be renewed.
4. In service officials may apply for deputation. The selected officer will required to submit NOC from the department within one month after selection.
5. Pay protection will be provided to in service officials join on deputation.
6. The service condition of contractual appointee will be governed by “The MP Contractual Appointment on Civil Post Rule 2017” and the instructions issued by Rajya Anand Sansthan time to time in this regard.

2. The scanned copy of Experience certificate shall be uploaded by the applicant
3. At the time of online registration candidates must provide correct information regarding name, date of birth, mobile no, email id and Post for which candidate is applying.
4. Original certificate of only successful candidates will be asked for.

Selection Process :
1. A Committee of Rajya Anand Sansthan will scrutinize the applications and prepare the list of shortlisted applicants.
2. The list of shortlisted applicants will be uploaded at website of RAS along with dates and time of interview.

3. Applicant will have to submit following duly self certified document in 3 copies at the time of interview –
i. Post graduation
ii. Ph.D.
iii. Work experience
iv. Research experience
v. Paper publications
vi. A CV note
The selected candidates will have to show original documents for verification of above submitted document, if selected.

4. No separate communication by post will be send to the candidates individually the candidate should be in constant touch with Mponline website –mponline.gov.in and RAS website- anandsansthanmp.in for updated information.
5. No Travelling Allowances/ reimbursement will be paid for appearing in the Interview.
