Syllabus of the written Examination :
Technical Assistant :
Civil Engineering (Diploma level) : 80 Marks
The Format of Examination will be as follows :-
i. Written Examination : 80 Marks
ii. Viva Voce : 20 Marks

Computer Assistant & Programme Assistant :
1. General Studies : 30 Marks
2. Basic Computer Operation : 30 Marks

INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE CANDIDATE :
The Format of Examination will be as follows :-
i. Written Examination : 60 Marks
ii. Computer Test : 30 Marks
iii. Viva Voce : 10 Marks
2. Candidates must report their venue at least 30 minutes before commencement of the examination.
3. Admission without ADMIT CARD will not be allowed under any circumstances.
4. Candidates must bring his/her photo bearing identity documents like EPIC, Passport, AADHAR, PAN card, Bank Pass Book, Driving License etc. to prove their identity at the admission of venue.
5. Admission to the examination hall will not be allowed after 10(Ten) minutes of commencement of examination.
6. Admission to the examination hall without the signed photograph affixed on the attendance sheet will not be allowed.
7. No candidate will be allowed to leave the examination hall before the schedule hour of conclusion of the examination.
8. Adopting of any type of unfair means during the hours of examination will entail penal action as deemed fit by the selection committee.
9. If name or roll number or any identifiable mark is found in the answer script, the answer script would not be evaluated.
10. Candidates are to bring their own Ball-Point pen (BLUE or BLACK) for examination at OMR Sheet. OMR answer sheet will be supplied.
11. To carry with or to use any type of Calculator/Pager/Mobile Phone OR any other type of electronic gadget of communication inside the examination hall is prohibited. Infringement of this instruction will attract penal action including ban for future examination.
12. No Travelling Allowances will be allowed for appearing in the examination.
13. Questions will be MCQ Type. Answer will be fully darken in Blue or Black Ball Point Pen in OMR sheet. The series of Question Booklet needs to be darken in appropriate box given in OMR. There will be negative marks. 1 (one) mark will be deducted for every 4 (four) wrong answers.
