MTRE Scholarship Exam :
Scope :
** MTRE is not just another scholarship exam to help reduce financial burden, it offers an insight into what goes into making the toppers of GATE and Engineering Services Exam. The CBT platform used in MTRE matches the orientation and level of top engineering competitive exams.

** In addition, MTRE works as a reality check, and facilitates you to become aware of your strengths and weaknesses in the pursuit of a fulfilling career.

Eligibility :
** MTRE is for students who have obtained their graduate degree (B.Tech) in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics and Communication streams.
** The scholarship program is also open to those students who are in the final year of their engineering degree course in the above mentioned branches.

Allocation of Scholarship :
** The students benefitting from MTRE will be selected on the basis of the outcome of scholarship test from a nationwide pool of applicants.
** 400 students across the Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Electronics and Communication streams will be selected through MTRE for a discount of up to 100% of the tuition fee. **

Test Pattern :
** It will be a two hours test of 100 marks,consisting of 100 multiple choice questions (MCQs).
** Each question will be of 1 mark with a negative marking of 0.33 marks for every wrong attempt.**

Syllabus :
Basic Engineering 50 questions
Engineering Mathematics 20 questions
Reasoning & Aptitude 20 questions
General English 10 questions

100 marks | 100 questions | 2 hour
Each question: 1 mark | Negative Marking: 0.33 marks

Basic Engineering Topics :
Civil Engineering: Strength of Materials, Structural Analysis, Engineering Mechanics, Environmental Engineering and Fluid Mechanics

Mechanical Engineering: Thermodynamics, Heat & Mass Transfer, Fluid Mechanics, Production Engineering, Theory of Machines and Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.

Electrical Engineering: Network Theory, Electromagnetic Theory, Control System, Electrical Machines, Power Systems, Electrical Measurements, Electrical Materials, Analog & Digital Electronics.

Electronics Engineering: Network Theory, Electromagnetic Theory, Control System, Electronic Devices & Circuits, Analog & Digital Electronics, Communication Systems.
** The syllabus of Engineering Mathematics, Reasoning & Aptitude, and General English will be as per GATE - 2018 Syllabus

How to Register :
** Visit MTRE website: iesmaster.org/master-talent-reward-exam
** Go to the registration page, and fill in the required details on the MTRE online registration form
** An OTP would be generated and sent on the mobile number provided by you.
** Now enter the received OTP in the required field, and click on Submit button to activate your account
** On successful activation of your account, you would be redirected to Payment gateway
** Make the payment of Rs 200/- as the registration fee
** On successful registration, your MTRE dashboard page will open where you can check all the details related to MTRE

Terms and Conditions :
** The MTRE qualified candidates must register with IES Master in CE, ME, EE or ECE branch to avail the scholarship.

** The selected students have to enroll themselves with IES Master within a month from the date of declaration of MTRE result. Failing to do so, the seat will be allocated to the next student as per the merit list.
** The selected MTRE candidate will have to deposit the entire balance fee to avail the benefit.
** Under MTRE, admissions once taken can neither be withdrawn, nor transferred.

** IES Master reserves the right to change, modify, or terminate MTRE anytime, at its discretion.
** In all the aspects related to MTRE, the Management’s decision will be final and binding.
** Candidate selected through MTRE will not be eligible for any other discount.
** Both Non IES Master and Ex IES Master students can write MTRE.
** Discount is applicable on the tuition fees only.

Admit Card :
** Admit card will be made available on the MTRE website two weeks before the commencement of MTRE
** The allotted timing slot and centre for MTRE will be mentioned on the Admit Card

** Candidates are required to carry the printed copy of Admit Card to the MTRE exam centre
** In case of any discrepancy in the Admit Card, candidate needs to contact IES Master one week before the MTRE exam
