CEPT Means Scholarship Renewal :
** Renewal of the CEPT Trust Scholarship that provides financial aid to students on the basis of means will be as per the criteria below.
** Those students who have received the Means Scholarship in Batch 2015 and Batch 2016 are eligible to apply for renewal.

Renewal Criteria for Batch 2015 :
Criteria :
1. Students with family income less than Rs. 4.50 lacs per annum (as per Financial Year 2016-17, Assessment Year 2017-18)
2. Renewal of scholarship each year is subject to Academic score above 60% mark in the previous semesters’ exam in academic year 2016-17. (Monsoon and Spring semesters)

Please note :
1. Failure to complete full coursework in the past two semesters will lead to non-renewal of scholarship.
2. The scholarship will be withdrawn in case a serious disciplinary or plagiarism charge is proved against the beneficiary student.

Renewal Criteria for Batch 2016 :
Criteria :
1. Students with family income less than Rs. 10.00 lacs per annum (as per Financial Year 2016-17, Assessment Year 2017-18)
2. Renewal of scholarship each year is subject to students completing full course-work (minimum of 19 credits per semester) of past two semesters in first attempt.

Please note :
1. Failure to complete full coursework in the past two semesters will lead to non-renewal of scholarship.
2. The scholarship will be withdrawn in case a serious disciplinary or plagiarism charge is proved against the beneficiary student.

Instructions :
1. Refer the Announcement Notice to assess your eligibility
2. Bank Account must be in the name of the student applying for scholarship
3. Applications to be submitted to Hansa Gohel, Admin Office between 3 pm to 5 pm
Last date for submission: 5th Dec 2017 , 5 p.m.

Documents required : (please tick this list before submitting)
1. Copy of Income –tax return Financial Year 2016-17, Assessment Year 2017-18 should be submitted.
2. Copy of Bank statement of Financial Year 2016-17, Assessment Year 2017-18 (salary or business account) should be submitted.
3. Income declaration by parents/guardians, stating definite income as per the Income tax return Financial Year 2016-17 from all sources by way of an affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper is required.(as per given Format of Affidavit))
4. Copy of Bank passbook or blank crossed cheque of the bank (Account must be in the name of the student applying for grant)
5. Photocopy of CEPT Fee Receipts – Spring 2017 and Monsoon 2017 (student copy)
6. Any other documentary proof, as asked by the award committee should be submitted.
