Expert - Microsoft Technologies:
Experience: At least 4-5 years of relevant experience with a deep understanding of Microsoft Technologies.
Skills:[/b] VB, COM, ASP, IIS, MTS, VC++, VB.NET, ASP.NET,SQL Server, PL/SQL, Biz Talk Should be strong in MS SQL Server and development in Microsoft Technology. Should have good exposure to SDLC processes.
Job Description: Help associates master Microsoft technologies. Responsibilities include architecting, implementing and developing learning methodologies. Will own content.

Expert - Mainframe Systems
Experience: At least 4-5 years of relevant experience. Strong technical background in COBOL, CICS, DB2, VSAM, JCL. Require full life cycle experience in developing large systems.

Job Description: Help associates master mainframe technologies (COBOL, CICS,VSAM,DB2 and JCL), interfaces and sub-systems. Expert - Web Technologies
Experience:At least 4-5 years of relevant experience. Should be very comortable on J2EE and web services in at least one project
Skills: Java, J2EE, EJB, JSP, Struts, Weblogic, WebSphere, BroadVision, XML, SOAP, SOA
Job Description: Help associates master Java and the J2EE platform, and work on convergent technologies such as XML and Web architectures. Ownership of content.

Expert - Open Systems
Experience: At least 4-5 years of experience in OOPs Concepts, RDBMS. Must have substantial experience in .NET, C# designing and developing multi-tier applications. Good Designing, Analytical, Programming & Communication skills. Will be familiar with open source technologies.
Skills: C, C++, Perl, Unix, Pro*C, NT, Oracle, C#
Job Description: Help associates learn programming with C and C++ , OOPS, and Operating system fundamentals.

Expert - Data Warehousing / Business Intelligence
Experience: At least 4-5 years of relevant experience. Should be strong in designing and analyzing with skills on any data warehousing tool such as business objects, informatica, etc
Skills: Informatica, Business Objects, Cognos, Ab initio, Datastage, Hyperion Essbase, Microstrategy, SAS, MSAS.
Job Description: Responsible for training on Data warehousing tools and technologies.

Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills for all the above roles.
