Medical Officer, Staff Nurse Recruitment :
Online application are invited from Indian Citizen for the post of full time Medical Officer and Staff Nurse for NUHM programme under the District Health & Family Welfare Samiti, Cooch Behar on contract basis.

Only online registration of Application will be allowed on the website URL wbhealth.gov.in under “Recruitment” between 17-11-17from 10:00 Hrs. to 25-11-17 till 24:00 Hrs.

Candidates must go through the instructions thoroughly and carefully and check eligibility before submitting online application.

Remuneration (p.m.) : 16,860.00+ 300.00(WA)

The candidate must retain printed hard copy of Application form and bank deposit Challan for verification and whenever necessary.

Fee: Candidate must deposit the application fee (amounting to Rs. 100/- for General & Rs.50/-for reserved categories) through Bank Counter in any branch of Banks participating in the GRIPS, Money order, Cheque, Bank Draft, and Cash etc will not be acceptable.

Any omission /suppression of information shall lead to rejection of application or candidature at any stage of the process without further intimation. The conditions so prescribed shall not be relaxed. Selection will be conducted by the District Level Selection Committee, Cooch Behar.

Documents required for verification:
** Online generated registration number.
** Two sets of self attested photo copy of the following are to be brought at the time of document verification.
- Admit card of Madhyamik or equivalent examination.
- All Mark Sheets (Semester/Year wise) GNM/Bachelor/Master Degree (as per post criteria).
- Caste certificate (as applicable).
- Photo copy of Voter card /Aadhar card / other address proof.
** The selection committee reserves the right to reject any application not properly filled in or received after due date.
