District Functional Manager Recruitment :
HSRLM Society invites applications for the positions at State and District Level from eligible candidates with an aptitude for working for the upliftment of the poor households. The appointments will be on contract basis for one year extendable for further period from time to time on the basis of satisfactory work and conduct.
State Level :
1. State Programme Manager (Financial Inclusion) : 1 no.*
2. State Programme Manager (Management of Information System) : 1 no.
3. State Programme Manager (Training and Capacity Building) : 1 no.
4. State Programme Manager (Livelihoods- Non Farm) : 1 no.
5. State Programme Manager (Inspection, Quality Assurance and Branding)- 1 no.
6. State Programme Manager (Alumni, Migration, Placement and Retention Tracking) : 1 no.
District Level
1. District Functional Manager (Financial Inclusion):

Note*-1:
Only eligible retired bankers who are MBA in Finance/ or Banking or CAIIB and have worked as Top Management Executive i.e. AGM/ DGM/ GM in a Public Sector Banks/ NABARD/ RBI can apply for the position of State Programme Manager {Financial Inclusion} who have the requisite qualification and experience.
Note-2*:
Only eligible retired bankers having Post Graduate Degree or CAIIB and have worked as Senior Management Executive/ Lead District Manager in a Public Sector Banks can apply for the position of District Functional Manager {Financial Inclusion} who have the requisite qualification and experience.

State Programme Manager (Training & Capacity Building) :
Qualification : Post-Graduation in Rural Development /Management/Business Administration/ Public Administration/ Social Work with 1st Division
Experience :
-Minimum 7 years’ experience post qualification
-He/ She should have at least 7+ years of relevant work experience out of which 5 year should be of senior management level.
- Must have worked as faculty in some national level or State level training institutes of repute.
-He/ she should have worked in large organisations/project(s), specifically for promotion of financial inclusion at a senior position in the field.
Preference will be given to Post Graduate Diploma in Training & Capacity Building from reputed institutes. Certificate course in trainers training programme etc. will also be considered for weightage.
Age :
- Minimum: 28 yrs and Maximum upto 55 yrs. as on 01-11-2017, (1st Nov. 2017)
-Maximum age in case of retired persons: 62 yrs (Sixty-two yrs) as on 01-11-2017, (1st Nov. 2017)
Job Description : S/he will be working under the overall guidance of CEO. S/he will be responsible for Organizing Skill Training, Placement & Capacity Building of SHGs and other VOs and CBOs.
Honorarium per month (Approx.) : Rs. 76,500/-
District Functional Manager (Financial Inclusion) :
Qualification : MBA in Finance or MBA (Banking & Finance Programme Structure) or Master in Finance & Control (MFC) or Economics or Commerce or Master in Business Economics (MBE) with 1st Division
Experience :
-He/ she should have at least 4 years of post-qualification relevant work experience, out of which 2 years thematic work experience.
-In the case of retired bankers, he should be having Post Graduate Degree or CAIIB, having worked as Senior Management Executive/ Lead District Manager in a Public Sector Banks.
Age : Maximum age in case of retired persons: 62 yrs (Sixty-two yrs) as on 01-11-2017, (1st Nov. 2017)
Job Description : As part of DMMU, she will be responsible for Monitoring and Evaluation of NRLM activities in the district. S/he will be working closely with the DPM and strive for improving project implementation guidelines. S/he will also look after the MIS.
Honorarium per month (Approx.) : Rs. 45,500/-
