Uttar Pradesh Expressway Industrial Development Authority invites applications for the following posts on contract basis to supervise mining operations for the construction of Purvanchal Expressway:-

Important Conditions:
1. Last date for submission of application is 30.11.2017
2. Corrigendum/clarification of this advertisement, if any, shall be uploaded on upeida.org.
3. The eligibility criterion for each post is given in the table above.
4. The qualification/ experience furnished in the application without supporting documents will not be considered.
5. Only Indian Nationals can apply.
6. Persons of more than 65 years of age are not eligible to apply.
7. Age limit of the applicant shall be considered as on the last date for receipt of application.
8. UPEIDA at its discretion may post the selected candidates at any location of the mine/project in the state of Uttar Pradesh.
9. All qualifications should be recognized by Indian university/Institutes recognized by AICTE/UGC/appropriate statutory authority of Govt. of India.
10. Salary is negotiable and will depend upon Qualification/work experience of the candidate.
11. UPEIDA reserves the right to cancel/restrict/enlarge/reopen the recruitment process, without issuing further notice or assigning any reason thereof.
12. Duration of Engagement shall be for a period of 01 years or as per project completion time. Continuity shall be solely at the discretion of UPEIDA.
13. The contract can be terminated at any time without notice and without assigning any reason. In the case of termination, no compensation shall be payable by UPEIDA.
14. Extension of period of engagement beyond contract period will be considered on case to case basis as per direction of Chief Executive Officer, UPEIDA.

The Government of Uttar Pradesh has setup an Authority called "Uttar Pradesh Expressways Industrial Development Authority" (UPEIDA) under UP Industrial Area Development Act. 1976, vide Notification Number 4246/77-4-07-94 Bha/07TC, dated December 27, 2007 issued by Industrial Area Development Department-4, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
