Educational Qualification:
Ex-ITI Candidates should have passed out from the Institute duly recognized by NCVT duly covered through Gazette Notification of Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, with minimum two years duration except for the Computer Operator and Programming Assistant (COPA) and Welder (G & E) Trade. COPA & Welder (G & E) should possess one year ITI certificate recognized by NCVT.

Guidelines for filling Online Application :
** Only Indian Nationals can apply.
** All correspondence will be made at postal address in India or through email.
** Log on to rac.gov.in to fill the online application form. The application form will function with Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome web browsers and will not work in Internet Explorer web browser. The first step is "Registration". It is mandatory to register before application.

** On successful registration you will get a confirmation message on the mobile number & email mentioned while registration. You may log in anytime before the closing date of advertisement to complete the online application form submission process. Click on "Forgot Password" and follow the steps to retrieve lost password.

** Online application form is spread over following sections viz. 1. Personal Details, 2. Photograph & Documents, 3. Fee Payment followed by 4. Submit & Lock designed to capture information in respect of candidates. Each section will have “Save” button for storing the data given in that section.

Mandatory fields are marked with a star (*) / asterisk and must be completed before you can move to the next stage of the form. Details can also be filled in multi-session after Registration. Before closing each session (logout) candidate must save the information filled by clicking “Save” button.

A section heading will depict Green underline once it is completely filled and saved whereas incomplete sections shall remain marked with Red underline.

** Applications which are not locked or duplicate applications and applications where scanned copies of certificates are not uploaded will be summarily rejected and no correspondence would be entertained in this regard.
** Application Fee: Fee payment can only be done before closing date of the advertisement.

Important points to note for Online Payment :
1. Do not click the back or refresh button on your browser during your online fee payment process. The process of online fee payment may take several minutes and you are requested to be patient.
2. Do not access other websites during your online fee payment session.
3. After successful online fee payment a Payment Slip (Acknowledgment Slip) will be generated and also e-mailed to you confirming the receipt of application fee payment at RAC.
4. In case of unsuccessful online fee payment, the candidate may try again, or, contact the debit card/ credit card/ bank account provider.
5. Refund is an automated process. As soon a transaction is unsuccessful from the service provider end for whatever reasons, the amount gets automatically refunded from our side. The banks usually take 5/7 working days to refund the amount into your account.
