Recommended Candidate Profile(not more than 150 words) TCS is looking for a people oriented dynamic Softskills and Language Faculty with a strong academic background in English - behavioral skills and with corporate training experience.
Educational Qualifications Graduation / Post Graduation in English
Background in Psychology / Organizational Behavior will be an added advantage
Skills / Experience Sought The candidate should have experience in language training at specialized language institutes or in professional organizations using communicative and interactive approaches.
The candidate must be creative, willing to experiment and innovate, have an excellent command over the English language, a learner-centric approach and good communication and inter-personal skills.
The candidate should posses the ability to be a mentor for "soft skills" such as personal grooming, business etiquette, non verbal communication, interpersonal effectiveness, team work etc.
