Nurse, Steno Recruitment :
MOIL invites applications from young vibrant candidates (For its Mines / H.O.), who are willing to grow with MOIL for the following posts:

A. Chief (Survey) – 1 Post (UR)
1. a) Graduate from a recognized University /Institute or equivalent.
b) Surveyor’s certificate of Competency (U/R).
OR
a) Dip .in Mining and Mine Surveying / Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent, along with exemption certificate of Surveyor’s (U/R).
2. Scale of pay - Rs.29100-3%-54500/- (E-04). The CTC is around Rs.17.56 lakhs. The Pay Scale is due for upward revision w.e.f. 01/01/2017.
3. Age below 44 years (Relaxable as per Govt. guidelines).
4. Minimum 11 years’ experience in Surveying U/G mines, out of which 2 years experience in immediate lower scale (IDA) or equivalent (CDA) for external candidate and for internal candidate 1 year. For candidates from private sector CTC should be 10 lakhs (approx.) per annum minimum.
Selection Process will be Personal Interview.

B. Assistant Manager (Survey) – 1 Post (ST)
1. a) Graduate from a recognized University /Institute or equivalent.
b) Surveyor’s certificate of Competency (U/R).
OR
a) Dip .in Mining and Mine Surveying / Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent, along with exemption certificate of Surveyor’s (U/R).
2. Scale of pay - Rs.12600-3%-32500/- (E-00). The CTC is around Rs.7.70 lakhs. The Pay Scale is due for upward revision w.e.f. 01/01/2017.
3. Age below 28 years (Relaxable as per Govt. guidelines).
4. 2 years post qualification experience.
Selection Process will be Written Test.

C. Jr.Steno (NE-04) – 5 Posts (2 PWD, 3 UR)
1. a) Graduate
b) Having passed English/Hindi Shorthand at a speed of 80 WPM from Technical Board of Education.
c) Having passed English/Hindi Typewriting test at a Speed of 40/30 WPM respectively from Technical Board of Education.
d) To qualify in Shorthand and Typewriting tests at the speeds indicated above, to be conducted by a Selection Committee.
2. Scale of pay - Rs.10300-260-18100/- (NE-04). The CTC is around Rs.4.11 lakhs. The Pay Scale is due for upward revision w.e.f. 01/08/2017.
3. Age up to 30 years (Relaxable as per Govt. guidelines).
4. Minimum 3 years as Stenographer in a big reputed organization.
Selection Process will be Job Test (Shorthand and Typewriting Tests in Computer)

D. Nurse-C-Midwife-II (NE-03) – 9 Posts (1SC, 2 OBC, 6 UR)
1. a) SSC Pass
b) Nurse-Midwifery Certificate from a recognized Institute/Hospital.
2. Scale of pay - Rs.10100-240-17300/- (NE-03). The CTC is around Rs.4.04 lakhs. The Pay Scale is due for upward revision w.e.f. 01/08/2017.
3. Age up to 30 years (Relaxable as per Govt. guidelines).
4. 1 year minimum experience as Nurse/Midwife after acquiring Nurse Midwifery/ Certificate.
Selection Process will be Written Test.

Outstation Candidates applied and shortlisted for Personal Interview for the post of Chief (Survey) only will be paid to and fro railway fare of AC-I class or bus fare (if trains not available), by shortest route for single person only on producing proof.

Candidates applied and shortlisted for Written Test/ Job Test for the posts of Assistant Manager (Survey), Nurse-C-Midwife and Jr. Steno are not eligible for any transportation charges.

General Conditions :
1. Only Indian Nationals need to apply. Mere submission of application will not entail right for claiming appointment.
2. For the above posts, age, qualification and experience would be as on 01/12/2017.
3. In support of age proof, candidates will have to submit School Leaving/Matriculation/ Secondary Board Certificate / Certificates of Birth from concerned Municipal Authorities.
4. In support of percentage of marks and experience, candidates will have to enclose selfattested copies along with application.
5. Candidates from Govt. Depts./PSUs must forward their applications through proper channel or they should produce NOC at the time of interview without which they will not be considered for interview.

6. Candidature will be liable for cancellation for the post applied and/or removal from the services of the Company after joining, if at any stage it is found that information furnished in the application is misleading/incomplete/false.

The candidates are advised to give specific/correct/full information and attach proof thereof by way of self-attested photocopies of the original documents/certificates etc. Before making application, candidate must ensure that the minimum criteria laid down for the post are fulfilled.

7. The upper age limit indicated is for general category of candidates. Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates will be as per Government guidelines in this regard. Age relaxation for ex-serviceman will be service rendered in the Armed forces plus 03 years. Upper age limit is not applicable in case of Departmental candidates.

8. The Management will not take any responsibility for any delay in receipt or loss in postal transit for any application or communication.
9. SC/ST candidates should produce Valid Caste Certificate issued from the Competent Authorities.
10. OBC candidates applying for the post reserved for OBC should not belong to `Creamy Layer’ and shall produce Valid Non-Creamy Layer Certificate from the Competent Authorities.

11. In order to regulate the number of candidates to be called for the interview, if so required, the Management reserves the right to raise the minimum eligibility standards/criteria OR to relax the minimum eligibility standards/criteria including age limit in otherwise suitable candidates depending upon the response to the advertised posts.

12. Merely meeting the above qualifications and experience shall not entitle a candidate to be called for the selection test and/or interview. Only short listed candidates will be notified for the selection test and/or interview.
13. Depending on the requirements, the Company reserves the right to cancel/curtail/increase the number of posts without any further notice and without assigning any reason thereof.

14. In addition to the salary, the above posts carry other fringe benefits like Contributory Provident Fund, Family Pension, Insurance linked Gratuity, free Medical attention, LTC, Group Superannuation Cash Accumulation Scheme (Defined Contribution) etc. as per the Rules of the Company.

15. The selected candidates who are going to be posted at Mines will be provided with Housing facilities.
