Please Note:
1. Applications are invited for recruitment of above vacancies. Eligible Candidates can apply in the prescribed format. Last Date for submission of applications is 24.11.2017.
2. Numbers of posts are indicative only and may vary.
3. Maximum age limit for positions of General Manager – 52 years, Additional General Manager– 50 years, Sr. Manager -45 years & Blaster-28 years. Relaxation in age and qualification may be considered for deserving internal / external candidates.
4. Basic computer software operations such as MS Office, Internet, Email or such software is essential for all positions.
5. Vacancies will be filled following reservation criteria for SC/ST, OBC and Others as per Government of India’s reservation Policy.
6. Age & qualification relaxation may be considered for deserving Ex- servicemen.
7. Candidates’ with lesser or higher experience but otherwise found suitable against any of the posts mentioned above (except Trainees) may be offered Contractual assignments.

8. Candidates from Public Sector Undertakings, should either be working in same pay scale or have at least 2 year experience in next lower scale. For all other candidates, for positions of Additional General Manager and General Manager, candidates should have at least 5 year experience working at senior positions.

9. Pay scales indicated above are as per guidelines issued in IDA 1997 and are under consideration for revision.
10. Based on the qualification and experience, fixation of salary at higher stage can be considered for deserving candidates.
11. Relaxation in experience can be considered for the candidates having higher qualification or having experience in reputed concerns.
12. Candidates from Public Sector Undertakings or Government Departments will need to produce NOC at the time of interview.
13. Appointments on positions mentioned above are liable to be transferred or posted in any work locations of Hindustan Salts Limited/Sambhar Salts Limited as per operational requirement.

14. General candidates are required to pay an application fee of Rs. 500/- for the post of General Manager and Additional General Manager, Rs. 250/- for Sr. Manager, Rs. 100/- for Blaster positions.

Whereas candidates from OBC category are required to pay application fee of Rs. 250/- for the posts of General Manager and Additional General Manager, Rs. 150/- for the post of Sr. Manager and Rs. 50/- for the post of Blaster positions.

The application fee should be paid by Demand Draft only payable to M/s. Hindustan Salts Limited, Payable at Jaipur (Rajasthan). The fee paid details must be mentioned in the form while applying on line. There is no application fee for candidates from SC/ST and Physically Handicapped / Persons with disabilities.

15. Last date of application (on Line) is 24.11.2017. The hard copy together with copies of testimonials and demand draft must reach M/s. 1. Submission of this form involves no commitment on either side and no correspondence with regard to the suitability or otherwise of the applicant will be entertained.
2. Employees of Government / Public Sector Undertakings/ Statutory Organisations must produce NOC at the time of interview.
3. Scan copies of Photo (passport size), Signature, Certificates (higher qualification) and testimonials should be attached with the form.
4. All the information given in the application form should be correct. Any mis-statement of facts would render the candidate liable to rejection and termination after appointment.

5. Any change in address should be communicated to us. While every care would be taken to record the change in address, the Company will not accept any responsibility, whatsoever for delivery of interview letter on changed address. The candidate should therefore arrange for redirection of communications to their changed address.

6. Candidates belonging to Schedule Caste / Schedule Tribe communities should invariably attach copy of the certificate from one of the following authorities.
i. District Magistrate / Additional District Magistrate / Collector / Deputy Commissioner / Additional Deputy Commissioner / Deputy Collector / 1st Class stipendiary Magistrate / City Magistrate * / Sub Divisional Magistrate / Taluka Magistrate / Executive Magistrate / Extra Assistant Commissioner. * ( Not below the rank of 1st Class Stipendiary Magistrate)
ii. Revenue Officer not below the rank of Tehsildar.
iii. Sub-Divisional Officer of the area where the candidate and / or his family normally resides.
