Role Title French Language translator
Role Description To translate technical, functional and business related documents from French into English and vice versa.
Practice / Group seeking the candidate Retail ISU, Delhi
Location(s) of the role Noida
Recommended Candidate Profile (not more than 150 words) TCS is looking for an French <> English translator with experience in the IT industry
Educational Qualifications BA / MA (French) (1st Class) from EFLU/ JNU / other reputed universities +
Diplôme Supérieur / Diplôme de Langue (AF de Paris).
Skills / Experience Sought Minimum 2 - 3 years experience in technical and / or commercial translation as an in house translator or more than 3 years experience as a freelance translator; with good understanding of French and excellent knowledge of English.
Knowledge of MS Office suite is a must.
Ability to work under strict SLAs with focus on productivity and quality
Knowledge of Internet and Translation tools would be an added advantage.
Ability to teach French would be an added advantage.

Compensation / Benefits TCS offers a competitive compensation structure in line with the current market, which is under constant review. The current position is on a 6 months contract - extendable.
