Scientific Assistant/B Recruitment :
Applications are invited ONLINE from the eligible candidates for appointment to the following Group B posts in BHAVINI.

Pay in the Pay Matrix : Rs.35400/-
Upper Age limit as on 24.11.2017 : Must have completed 18 years, but not more than 30 years

Essential Qualification :
a) Health Physics B.Sc (Physics) with minimum 60% marks.
b) Chemistry B.Sc (Chemistry) with minimum 60% marks.
c) Electrical Diploma (Electrical) (3 yrs. after SSC) with minimum 60% marks.
d) Mechanical Diploma (Mechanical) (3 yrs. after SSC) with minimum 60% marks.
e) Instrumentation Diploma (Instrumentation) (3 yrs. after SSC) with minimum 60% marks.

Application Process Fee :
A non-refundable processing fee of Rs.100/- + other Bank charges as applicable is payable by applicants applying for the above posts except SC/ST/PWD/Exservicemen/ women candidates.

5. As regards qualification criteria, minimum qualification prescribed for recruitment has to be fulfilled. Any other qualification including higher qualification over and above the minimum qualification will not disqualify the candidate to apply for the above post.

6. Candidates fulfilling requisite qualification for the post only eligible to apply. Those candidates who are appearing in or awaiting result of final year/final semester are not eligible to apply. Hence their candidature shall not be considered.

7. Mere fulfillment of requirement as laid down in the advertisement does not entitle a candidate to be called for written test and personal interview. In case the response is more, screening will be done for short listing the number of candidates. No correspondence in this regard will be entertained.

8. BHAVINI reserves the right to fill up the post or even to cancel /restrict/modify/alter the whole process of recruitment without issuing any further notice or assigning any reason thereof.
9. BHAVINI reserves the right to reject the candidature of any applicant at any stage.
10. In case of any discrepancy in Hindi Version of the advertisement, English version will prevail for all purposes.

11. The vacancies shown above are provisional and subject to variation. The filling up of vacancies indicated in the advertisement is also subject to the approval of the Competent Authority and may not be filled up if decided otherwise in terms of the orders issued by the Govt. of India from time to time.

12. Candidates may ensure that they fill in the correct information. Candidates who furnish false information will be disqualified for Written Test and Personal Interview.
13. The candidates should download a copy of the filled in application and admit card and keep it for records and future reference.

14. Candidates working under the Central Govt./State Govt./Public Sector Undertakings, Autonomous bodies etc. after the submission of the online application, should submit the hard copy of the application routed through proper channel to

They are also required to submit “NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE” at the time of written examination, failing which they will not be allowed to appear for the written examination.

15. SC/ST outstation candidates called for written examination will be paid to and fro travelling allowance of second class Railway fare by the shortest route (subject to production of tickets) as per rules.
16. The Candidates, who have qualified in the written Exam will be called for certificate verification and Personal Interview.

17. Candidates may bring self-attested passport size photo, copies and originals of certificates AT THE TIME OF CERTIFICATE VERIFICATION AND PERSONAL INTERVIEW in support of[:
(a) Birth certificate/SSC Certificate for age proof
(b) Voter’s ID/Aadhar Card/Driving License/Passport/PAN Card, etc. for identity proof
(c) Caste Certificate for SC/ST/OBC (Recent Non-creamy layer Certificate) from the Competent Authority. In the case of OBC candidates, the certificate should be in the latest format and issued not before 1st September 2017 and also clearly mention about the non-creamy layer status.
(d) Disability Certificate in respect of Physically handicapped candidates, from Competent Authority
(e) Educational qualification with mark sheets of each semester and the professional examinations appeared along with copy of graduation certificate from University
(f) Experience Certificate
(g) No Objection Certificate from respective Employer if the candidate is working under the Central Govt./State Govt./Public Sector Undertakings, Autonomous bodies, etc.,
(h) Relevant certificate /document in respect of Ex-serviceman candidate and
(i) One extra passport size photograph

The candidate will not be allowed for the Certificate Verification and Personal Interview without any of the supporting documents.

18. The date, time and venue for written test and personal interview will be intimated to the eligible candidates through e-mail or displayed at BHAVINI online portal/website.
