Download Admit Card :
Written Examination for Recruitment to the post of LDC(HH) in NCERT on 18 November 2017.
Instructions for candidates :
1. No candidate will be admitted to the test without this Admission Card under any circumstances.
2. The Admission Card containing instructions will be collected by the invigilator/supervisor after verification of the candidate.
3. She/he is permitted provisionally subject to verification of eligibility criteria etc. as per the advertisement for this written examination.
4. The candidate must paste his/her self attested latest passport size photograph in the space provided in the admit card.
5. Any candidate found either giving or receiving assistance or using unfair means during the exam will be disqualified.
6. Any attempt for impersonation will disqualify the candidature.
7. Calculators/Mobiles are not allowed in the Examination Centre.
8. Candidate is required to use blue/black point pen only in the examination.
9. Candidate is required to report at 8.30 am on the day of examination.

General Information and Guidelines :
1. This Admit Card is subject to condition that if ineligibility is detected at any stage, the candidature will be cancelled.
2. Check the particulars in the Admit Card carefully. Error, if any, must be immediately reported to NCERT e - mail - ncertr2 [AT] gmail.com .
3. Once inside the Examination Centre premises, all candidates will be under surveillance, hence advised not to indulge into any unlawful activity which will be monitored & will invite disqualification and legal action.
4. Entry to Examination Hall is subject to production of Admit Card and Photo I.D. proof to prove identity.
5. Wrist Watches having mobile or computing capacity, Cell phones, pagers, calculators or any electronic devices are strictly prohibited. Violation may lead to expulsion from the examination. No arrangements have been made at the centres for their custody. Only ordinary wrist watch will be allowed.
6. Do not carry any article, except Admit Card, Photograph and Photo I.D. Proof, Black /Blue Ball Pen in the examination hall.
7. Candidates must also bring ID proof containing clear photograph.
8. Do not attempt to give or obtain irregular assistance of any kind in the examination hall.
9. Do not mark or write anything on question paper. Do not put stray marks on the answer sheet.
10. Any attempt to remove pages from Question Booklet or answer sheet is strictly prohibited and will be severely dealt with.
11. Copying or noting down questions is strictly prohibited. Do not write anything on this Admit Card also
12. Improper conduct will entail expulsion from the examination.
13. Change or cancellation of answer once marked, is NOT permissible.
14. Handover the Admit Card and answer sheets to the Invigilator after completion of exam.
15. Failure to comply with these instructions will entail expulsion/ cancellation of candidature and/ or appropriate legal action.
16. No entry after 08:55 AM. Candidates cannot leave before 01:00 PM .
17. Do not leave the hall without handing over answer sheet and admit card to the invigilator.
18. Candidates must fill their Roll Number on answer sheet as well as question paper.
19. The written examination has three question papers. Composite marks for the three papers are 150. Each question paper carries 50 marks. All the three papers are stapled together for easy handling.
20. Composite time for the three question papers is 180 minutes with a compensatory time of 1 hour.
21. All questions pertaining to General Knowledge and Written Expression are given both in English and in Hindi. You may write in any one in Hindi or English. The candidate, whose answers are both in English and Hindi, will not be evaluated.
a) All questions pertaining to General Knowledge and General English are of objective type.
b) Answers to the objective type questions are to be given on the separate Answer Sheet in OMR Sheet only.
c) Each question is followed by four alternative answers, marked A, B, C and D. You are required to select the one that answer the question correctly and darken that circle on OMR answer sheet.
22. Answer to the written expression (paper III) is to be given in the separate sheet provided for this purpose. This sheet will be given only after submission of OMR sheet.
23. Write your roll number and sign only at all the places provided for this inside the answer booklet.
24. The sample Handwriting will be matched with Handwriting at the time of skill test. If the handwritings of the paper, expression test or the candidate don’t match, the candidate will be disqualified and legal action may be taken under impersonation.
