Physiotherapist, Dental Consultant Recruitment :
THDCIL wishes to engage a suitable and interested candidate as Physiotherapist with Master of Physiotherapy (MPT) on Full Time & Fixed Tenure basis for a period of one year initially extendable upto four years on mutual consent and a Dental Consultant with Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) on Part-Time Basis.

PLACE OF POSTING:
Place of posting will be at Niramay Swasthyay Kendra, Rishikesh. However, selected candidates are liable to be posted to any location of THDCIL’s Projects/Units.

Physiotherapist : ( Master of Physiotherapy-MPT)
Essential Qualification & Experience:
** Master of Physiotherapy in Musculoskeletal Disorders and Sports (MPT-MSS) or Master of Physiotherapy in Neurological and Psychosomatic Disorders (MPT-NPD).
** Master Degree from recognized and reputed University/Institute.
** Minimum 05 years post qualification experience in reputed recognized Hospital/Institute
** Registered with the Physiotherapy Council

COMPENSATION PACKAGE: Consolidated Honorarium of Rs.75,000/-(Rs. Seventy Five Thousand only) per month

DENTAL CONSULTANT WITH MASTER OF DENTAL SURGERY (MDS) :
Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) qualified Dental Surgeon with specialization in Orthodontics/ Prosthodontics / Conservative Dentistry & Endodontics on a part time basis i.e for two visits in a week with each visit consisting of minimum 04 hours either in Morning Session or in Afternoon/Evening Session.
Essential Qualification & Experience:
** Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) from recognised and reputed University/Institute.
** Minimum 5 years post qualification experience in reputed recognized Hospitals/Institutes/Clinics.
** Registered with Dental Council of India.

The Other Terms & Conditions:
** Engagement will be Part -Time, Temporary and Fixed reimbursement basis. Initial period of engagement will be for one year only. Based on the performance, period of engagement may be extended further on yearly basis.
** Consultant shall be required to attend Dental Clinic at THDCIL Dispensary,Rishikesh twice a week for 04 hours duration each. However, the frequency can be increased on mutually agreed terms & conditions as per requirement.
** A fixed honorarium of Rs. 40,000/-shall be paid payable for 8 visits in a month. In case visit in a month exceeds 08 visits an additional honorarium of Rs. 5,000/ per visit shall be payable,
** The timing will be 9.00AM to 01.00PM or 2.00PM to 6.00PM (Minimum 04 hours per day) .
** The necessary supporting staff i.e. one Highly Skilled and one Skilled Worker required for assistance of Doctor has to be arranged by the part-time engaged Doctor. The payment of supporting staff shall be paid by THDCIL on the basis of minimum wages.
** The Dental Consultant shall visit THDCIL Dispensary, Rishikesh alongwith supporting staff on two mutually agreed days so fixed. In case engaged Dental Consultant will not be available on a particular day, prior intimation will have to be made to CMO/Dy.CMO or In-charge Doctor of THDCIL Dispensary Rishikesh.
** The services are mainly for the employees of THDCIL and their dependent family members.
** The engaged doctor will be under obligation not to disclose any information of a confidential nature concerning patients, employees or engaging organization.
** Contract tenure will commence from the date of start of dental treatment.
** Dental Consultant (MDS) & supporting staffs engaged on Part-Time basis will not have any right to claim regular appointment in THDCIL by virtue of his/her working on part time basis.
** Notice period of one month would be required to be given from either side for termination of contractual engagement, if terminated prior to stipulate tenure period.
** Self-attested copies of educational and professional qualifications certificates and experience certificate, if any are required to be furnished along with the Application.
** Original documents to be produced at the time of interview, for verification.

** The part time contract will be valid for one year which may be extended further for a one year on satisfactory performance of the contract having regard to the quality and manner of treatment of the patients. THDCIL management reserves the right of cancelling the contract with one month notice on unsatisfactory performance, administrative reasons.

** In case of any dispute or matter connected with terms of empanelment, the decision of Director (Personnel), THDCIL will be final.
** The decision of THDCIL as to eligibility or otherwise of a candidate for admission to the Interview shall be final.
