Psychiatrist, Community Nurse Recruitment :
Applications are invited in plain paper from citizens of India for filling up the following various posts in District Mental Health Program, Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh, Naharlagun under the National Mental Health Program on Contractual basis under the terms of the relevant rules of "Contractual Service" for a period up to 31 March'2018(likely to be extended depending upon the performance, continuation and extension of the program)at a Consolidated pay under District Mental Health Program, Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh.

The posts to be filled up, salary per month and the mode of recruitment is as below.
Psychiatrist 5 (Five)
Clinical Psychologist 4(Four)
Psychiatric Social Worker 3(Three)
Psychiatric Nurse 5(Five)
Community Nurse 4(Four)
Monitoring & Evaluation Officer 1(One)
Case Registry Assistant 4(Four)

HOW TO APPLY :
Along with the duly filled up application form with attendance sheet, candidate must enclose the following self attested documents; otherwise the application will be rejected.
Self attested Copies of certificates and mark sheets issued by the Assistant Registrar/Registrar/Controller of Examinations/Vice Chancellor of the concern Institute/University.

Final year candidates must enclose self attested bonafide certificate issued by the concern institute/university

2(TWO) copies of recent passport size photographs with self attestation in front side of the photograph of which one photograph should be pasted on the application form and another is on the attendance sheet.
Self attested copy of APST Certificate for APST candidate.
Self attested Copy of matriculation certificate for proof of age issued by the board only will be accepted.
NOC/Intimation letter(Self attested) for those who are in Govt. Service.

AVAILABILITY OF APPLICATION FORM AND ATTENDANCE SHEET :
Application form and attendance sheet are to be downloaded from official website nrhmarunachal.gov.in or may be self prepared as per following Performa or may be collected from the office of the Director of Health Services, Mental Health Branch, Naharlagun.

Method of Selection :
The eligible Candidate will have to appear in a Written examination followed by the viva voce/interview to be Conducted by the department. In the Written examination there Will be one question paper for each post for 100 Marks and each paper will contain 50 objective type questions carrying 2 (Two) marks each.

Each paper will cover concern subject, Current affairs, General English. There will be no negative marking. To qualify the candidates have to Secure 50% mark. The number of the candidates who shall be called for Viva Voce will be in the ratio of 1:3 i.e. three Candidates for One post as per merit in Written examination.

GENERAL CONDITIONS AND INFORMATIONS:
** The application should reach in this office of State Program Officer, Mental Health Program, Directorate of Health ServicesS, Naharlagun latest by on or before 30th October 2017, 4.00 PM.
** Incomplete application or those received after the expiry of the last date will be rejected and no correspondences will be entertained.
** Any application or representation submitting before the interview is not to be entertained. All those candidates who have applied before on their own or otherwise need to apply a fresh.
** Reservation norms for APST candidate will be followed as per Govt. norms.
** The applicants shall have no claim in future for regular appointment in the post after selection.
** Only one application will be entertained of each candidate for a single post. Multiple applications for various posts by the same candidate will be rejected.
** No individual call letter for written examination/Viva voce will be issued to any candidate.
** Candidates selected shall execute an undertaking to serve at any district of Arunachal Pradesh
** No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing the interviews.
** Scrutiny of the applications will be done within 2nd November 2017 and the Roll No. of the eligible candidates shall be displayed in the Notice Board of the
** Directorate of Health Services, Naharlagun on or before 3rd November 2017.
** The date, venue of written examination and viva Voce will be published in the notice board of Directorate of Health services, Naharlagun after finalization of necessary arrangements/procedures.
** The undersigned reserves the right to reject any or all applications without assigning any reason thereof.
