1. How do I download my call letter?
Follow the link from organisation website to download call letter. At login page, enter the Registration No / Roll No and Password / DOB(dd-mm-yy) at the required places to download the Call Letter.

2. What should I do if there is lot of delay in accessing the page?
Internet based Call letter download depends on various factors like Internet Speed, large number of Applicants trying to download the Call Letter at the same time etc. Therefore, if you are not able to download the Call Letter immediately, please retry after a gap of 5 minutes or during off-peak hours during the night.

3. Where do I get the REGISTRATION NO. & PASSWORD?
REGISTRATION NO. & PASSWORD are generated at the time of registration and displayed on the screen. These are also sent to the candidate immediately upon successful registration, by way of auto generated email acknowledgement, at the email address registered by him.

4. My DATE OF BIRTH is rejected on login screen?
Candidate should ensure that the DATE OF BIRTH is same as he had entered at the time of registration. Candidate can refer the APPLICATION PRINT for the DATE OF BIRTH entered by him. The date of Birth should be entered in DD-MM-YY format.

5. I am unable to login / screen displays the login failed message?
Please check your entries in login screen. You should use REGISTRATION NO. & PASSWORD as received at the time of registration by displaying on the screen and also mailed to you in auto generated email acknowledgement.Also, make sure that the DATE OF BIRTH you have entered is same as you entered at the time of registration and printed in the application print.

Selection Procedure:
The final selection will be made on the basis of overall performance in online Examination and interview. Candidates will be called for online examination to be held in the month of November 2017 (tentative).

The test will be of 200 marks, comprises of the following:
For Generalist:

Descriptive English Test of 30 minutes duration with 30 marks will be a Test of English Language (Essay, Letter & Precis) will be in English and will be conducted through on line mode on the same session. The Descriptive English Test will be assessed for only those candidates who would have scored a minimum total cut off score in the objective type examinations.

Descriptive papers to the extent of 15 times number of vacancies may be assessed. Candidates who have scored a minimum total score in the objective examination and have qualified the descriptive test will be short listed for the interview to the extent of about 3 times the number of vacancies.

A candidate shall be required to qualify in the descriptive test, but the marks in the descriptive test will not be counted towards short listing for interviews or final selection.

Penalty for Wrong Answers:
There will be negative marks for wrong answer, 1/4th of the allotted marks will be deducted for each wrong answer. If a question is left blank i.e. no answer is marked by the candidate, there will be no penalty for that question.

Interview:
Candidates who have been shortlisted at the end of written exam will subsequently be called for an interview to be conducted by the Company, up to three times the number of vacancies of respective stream/category. Selection would be based on the performance in the on-line test and interview.

The final merit list shall be prepared in descending order of the consolidated marks secured by the candidates. Candidates who fall within the number of vacancies in the merit list shall be considered for appointment.

The candidates are advised to ensure that they fulfill the requirements of age and qualification (final result for the qualification must have been published on or before 01.09.2017) before they apply.

If a candidate is found ineligible, his/her candidature will be cancelled at any stage of recruitment. Appearing in the ONLINE EXAMINATION & INTERVIEW will not automatically confer any right of being selected for the said post.
