Probationary Engineer Recruitment :
Bharat Electronics Limited, a Navratna and India’s premier Professional Electronics company requires outstanding professionals in the field of Optics on permanent basis for its Machilipatnam Unit.

Name of the Post: Probationary Engineer (Optics) in E-II Grade
Number of Posts: 03 (UR-2, SC-1)

Educational Qualification: Candidates should have completed full time M.Sc (Tech) in Engineering Physics (Photonics)/M.Tech (Applied Optics) from AICTE approved college/institution or recognised university. General/OBC/ST candidates should have secured first class, SC/PWD candidates should have secured pass class.

Age: Upper age Limit is 25 years as on 01.09.2017. Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC candidates, 10 years for PWD candidates.

Pay & Benefits: Selected candidates will be placed in the pay scale of Rs.16,400- 3%-Rs.40,500/-. The selected candidates will be eligible for basic pay, dearness allowance, HRA, area allowance and 48% perks on annual basic pay. Reimbursement of medical expenses, performance related pay, group insurance as per Company rules, PF, Gratuity etc., will be part of the remuneration package.

Bond: Selected candidates have to execute a bond to serve minimum period of three years in the company or to pay a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- (Three Lakhs Rupees) to the Company.

Place of Posting: Selected candidates are liable to be posted at any Units of BEL or any Defence labs to suit operational requirements as decided by the company from time to time.

Mode of Selection:
** Selection will be through written test and interview.
** Call letters will be sent to the e-mail IDs of eligible candidates for attending the written test.
** Candidates will be shortlisted for interview based on their performance in written test.
** Date of the written test will be intimated by e-mail in due course. The written test will consist of objective type questions from subjects in respective discipline/specialization.

Candidates belong to GEN/OBC category are required to pay the application fee of Rs.500/-. SC/ST/PWD candidates are exempted from payment of application fee. The application fee is non refundable.

** Complete the payment as explained above
** Take print of the payment receipt and attach it with the application form

Interested candidates may send the prescribed application available on the Company’s website (bel-india.com), through ordinary post, super-scribing on the envelope name of the post applied for along with following self-attested documents:
a) Certificate/Marks Sheet issued by Board for Matriculation/Higher Secondary in support of proof of age.
b) All certificates (starting from Matriculation/Class X) in support of educational qualifications. (Candidates having part-time or correspondence course in prescribed qualification are not eligible).
c) Conversion formula for conversion of CGPA/DGPA/OGPA or letter grade to percentage, duly certified by the University/Institution, wherever applicable.
d) Caste certificate if the candidate belongs to SC/ST/OBC category.
e) Disability certificate if the candidate belongs to PWD category.
f) Bank Challan if applicable
g) No objection certificate if employed in Government/Quasi Government and Public Sector undertakings.
h) Experience certificate from the present employer if applicable.
i) One passport size photo

The Duly filled in application along with the above said documents should be sent to Deputy Manager (HR), Bharat Electronics Limited, Post Box No.26, Ravindranath Tagore Road, Machilipatnam- 521 001, Andhra Pradesh on or before 03.11.2017.
