Project Manager Recruitment :
Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for the following posts to work on contract basis for an initial period for one year extendable up to Three years.
Name Of the Position : Project Manager
No. Of. Posts : 3
Educational qualification : Graduation in Engineering and Masters in Business Administration or equivalent
Experience in relevant field (in years) : 1-2 years in Project appraisals for infrastructure and or PPP Project, bid advisory, documentation & stake holder management

Key Responsibilities:
Project Appraisal and Structuring :
** Understand the strategy and plan for implementation of the overall strategy across the three verticals
** Identify new projects to be undertaken under each economic development theme
** Undertake new project appraisals covering financial analysis & viability of the DPRs submitted by investors.
** Structuring of new projects including PPPs
Investor Engagement and Bid Advisory :
** Undertake benchmarking studies to incorporate best practices for real estate investments
** Assist the Investment lead in liaising with prospective investors to determine market appetite and enhance interest in the ‘Amaravati Brand’
** Engage with the transaction advisors to finalise terms of the bid
** Support negotiations for final terms of allotments/ investment
Documentation and Reporting :
** Monitor progress of projects within the respective vertical and flag off deviations
** Develop appropriate project reporting to enable faster decision making
** Create reviewing systems for the team to monitor the progress of projects within the vertical
Job Description :
** Direct and coordinate with other departments (engg./legal etc.) for smooth grounding of projects
** Provide guidance to the team of escort officers for each project to reduce turnaround time of grounding of projects.
Work experience:
** 1 to 2 years of work experience in project appraisals for Infrastructure and/or PPP projects, bid advisory, documentation & stake holder management.
** PP Project management/ Real estate or infrastructure consulting experience would be preferred
** Experience working in the Infrastructure development. Real estate, urban development and Government would be preferred
** Good spoken and written communication skills
** High integrity and openness combined with commitment to good governance
** Ability to handle high levels of pressure and critical decision-making with a history of teamwork and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
Competencies required :
Tools: MS Office
Financial Analysis: Ability to prepare financial models is preferred
People skills: Motivating, developing, and directing people as they work, identifying the best people for the job.
