Welfare Officer Recruitment :
Applications are invited for appointment to following posts:

WELFARE OFFICER, GRADE M7
Qualification : Graduate from recognized university with post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Social work/Social Science from an institution recognized by the Government of Kerala or LLB with Labour Law as elective subject of University recognized by the Government of Kerala.
Experience : Minimum 3 years industrial exposure. Fluency in Malayalam is essential.
Scale of Pay : Rs.21240-560-24040-620-27140-680-29860-750-32860-820-36140-900-37940
Total Emoluments : Rs.44,392/- (Basic pay plus Dearness Allowance at Kerala Government Rate which at present is 109%).
Age : Not to exceed 36 years as on 01.01.2017 with usual relaxation to SC/ST/OBC candidates as per rules.

DY.GENERAL MANAGER(P&A) (ON DEPUTATION)
Qualification : Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management like MBA (HR)/ Master of Personnel Management & Industrial Relation (MIPM&IR)/ Master of Human Resource Management (MHRM)/ Master of Social Work (MSW)/ Equivalent Qualification - Additional Qualification like Degree in Law will be desirable.
Experience : Minimum 15 years of experience in large Industrial Undertaking in Senior Managerial position. Preference will be given, one who possess 20 years of Post Qualification of experience as Personnel Manager, Human Resource Manger, etc. in the field of Chemical/ Petro Chemical/ Refineries/ Fertilisers/ Engineering Industry and other /Heavy Industry etc.
Scale of Pay : Rs.44640-1000-48640-1100-57440-1200-59840
(Total Emoluments Rs.93,298/- (Basic pay plus Dearness Allowance at Kerala Government Rate which at present is 109%).

LEGAL OFFICER (ON DEPUTATION)
Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree in Law recognized by the Bar Council of India
Experience : Minimum 5 years Bar Experience. Preference will be given who is having 15-20 years of post qualification as an Advocate or as a Law Officer in the Legal Department of a Statutory Corporation/ Company and /or Legal Associate/ Legal Consultant in an Advocate’s or Solicitor’s Office or in the Legal Department of Central/ State Government who has hand on experience in the Service matters, Tender formalities, Commercial matters, vetting of all agreements, liaisoning with the empanelled Advocates, Issues related to Sales and Marketing etc.

(Total Emoluments Rs. 50,244/- (Basic pay plus Dearness Allowance at Kerala Government Rate which at present is 109%).
