Result Of Written Examination and Notice to candidates for Scrutiny of Documents cum Interview for the Post of Clerk Against Advt. No. 10/2015, Cat No. 01 (read with corrigendum dated 01.01.2016,03.05.2016 and 18.05.2016).

On the basis of Written Examination held on 13.11.2016, 20.11.2016, 27.11.2016, 04.12.2016 and 11.12.2016 for the Post of Clerk of Various Departmets,Board and corporation, Against Advt. No. 10/2015, Cat No. 01 ( read with corrigendum dated 01.01.2016,03.05.2016 and 18.05.2016),the candidates bearing following Roll Nos. have been called for Scrutiny of Documents cum interview provisionally and further subject to the fulfillment of their eligibility conditions as per advertisement and service rules. The marks secured by the last short listed candidate have been given in bracket.

NOTE:
1. The Scrutiny of Documents cum interview of the above candidates will be held from 13.10.2017 to 18.10.2017 and 21.10.2017 to 28.10.2017,the schedule will be notified shortly.

The candidates are advised to download the Admit Card for interview from the website of the Commission on/after 11.10.2017 and report at 09.00 A.M. in the HUDA Field Hostel, Sector-6, Panchkula ( Adjoining Laxmi Narayan Mandir ). They are also directed to bring all original documents, set of self attested copies of all documents with downloaded application form.

2. The Candidature of the following Roll numbers 1510643188, 1510930138, 1510927862, 1510927944, 1510934196, 1510734251, 1510828099, 1510832482, 1510834447, 1510839502, 1510839061, 1510840133, 1510844295, 1510552843, 1510667048, 1510576732, 1510753223, 1510760100, 1510759732, 1510750980, 1510756159 and 1510753486 has been rejected on the ground of Unfair Mean Case ( UMC ).

The candidature of the Roll numbers 1510283768 & 1510597452 has also been rejected.

3. The result of Roll Numbers 1510048234, 1510594629 and 1510592950 has been Withheld.
4. In case a candidate does not appear for Scrutiny of Documents cum interview, no further opportunity will be given thereafter.
5. While every care has been taken in preparing and uploading the result, possibility of inadvertent/technical errors cannot be ruled out. The Commission reserves the right to rectify the same later on.
