Job Description
1) Responsible for Branch Operations:
Support in building capacity.
The incument should also support the leadership team in the region in driving key initatives & growth,Client coordination
Monitoring & Collecting reports from teams & reporting to Head Office.

2)Responsibility of sales targets:
To allocate the branch sales target,
To help close deals if necessary,
To periodically review RM & suggest or take corrective measures.

3) Building capacity:
To support the recruitment of Relationship manager (RM), capacity building & talent retention at branch level.

4)Training and development.

5) Internal and external interfaces.

Desired Candidate Profile
Experience in handling branch operations
Challenging, Dynamic, Excellent communication skills,Strong leadership skills,Innovative, Aggressive with drive and high energy.Good convincing skill.
Good team player.
Knowledge of latest market trends.
Experience in Insurance feild is compulsory.
