Graduate Apprentice Trainee Recruitment:
Society for Applied Microwave Electronics Engineering & Research (SAMEER), Mumbai, an Autonomous Scientific Institute of the Department of Information Technology, Ministry of Communications & Information Technology, is a premier Research & Development Institution of the Government of India.

Its main objective is to promote the growth of Science and Technology in the areas of RF/Microwave Electronics, Medical Electronics, Electro-magnetics, Opto-Electronics, Millimeter-wave Technology and its allied areas. SAMEER has its headquarters at Mumbai and centres at Chennai and Kolkata.

SAMEER is looking for GRADUATE APPRENTICE TRAINEES ( 1 Year) to work on state of the art ongoing projects, sponsored projects for contract positions on consolidated salary. The tenure will be ONE year for its laboratory at Mumbai/ Navi Mumbai.

Discipline : Electronics / Computer Science / IT / Mechanical
Essential Qualification : BE / B. Tech in Electronics / Electronics & Communication / Mechanical Engineering/Computer Engineering / Information Technology with Minimum 55% Marks
The candidates who have registered with BOAT (Board of Apprentice Trainee) Mumbai are eligible to apply
Stipend : Rs 10, 000/- Per month + Subsidized Canteen Food and Pickup/drop from Vikroli and Goregaon railway stations by Bus

General Conditions :
1. Applications will be accepted on-line only.
2. Only Indian nationals are eligible to apply.
3. Candidates should register before applying online.
4. Candidate’s eligible and desiring to apply for more than one post should register and apply with separate email id’s. Alternate email id can be used for the purpose.
5. Before applying for the post, the candidates should ensure that he/she fulfill all the eligibility norms.
6. Candidates must ensure that they fill in the correct information. Candidates who furnish false information will be disqualified for screening test/interview.
7. Name of referees with email and mobile number should also be provided in the form.
8. The attested copies of all relevant documents in support of date of birth, educational qualifications (supported by appropriate mark sheets indicating the subjects offered at the examinations), caste, experience, NOC etc. should be carried at the time of written test / interview.
9. Candidates who report for the written test/interview without any of the supporting documents will not be allowed to appear for written test/interview.
10. Persons working in the Central/State Government/Public Sector Undertakings should submit a ‘NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE” from the employer at the time of written test / interview.
11. The facility of online application will be opened on 27/09/2017 and closed on 03/10/2017 (Both days inclusive).
12. All fields in the form are compulsory and need to be filled in.
13. Candidates should upload passport sized scanned photograph in jpeg format. The size of file should not be more than 100 kB.
14. Educational Qualifications should be entered in chronological order from 10th standard onwards (SSC,HSC etc)
15. Candidates can add additional/higher qualifications by clicking on the button provided for the purpose.
