Location(s) of the role: Bangalore

Recommended Candidate Profile (not more than 150 words): TCS is looking for a dynamic faculty with excellent coordination and administration skills.

Educational Qualifications: University graduation mandatory. Qualifications in the concerned languages from a reputed university or relevant equivalent certification from an international institution. OB, Communication or Cross Culture management specialization at a reputed institution.

Skills / Experience Sought : 2 - 4 yrs of experience

The candidate should have experience in language training at specialized language institutes like Max Mueller Bhavan using communicative and interactive approaches.
The candidate must have strong core competence in the relevant language, good command over the English language, a learner-centric approach and excellent communication, administration and inter-personal skills. Skills in modern teaching methods and methodologies are obligatory.

The candidate should have knowledge of organizational behavior, cross culture and ability to conduct workshops & programs in this domain.
The candidate should have multilingual, multicultural exposure through travel, profession, study etc.
