Job Description
-Hands on Experience in Direct Taxation including Department Liasioning.
-Preparing computation of income, filing of e returns, discussions with Tax auditors, handling assessment/appeals/ tribunals proceedings of all group companies, liasioning with IT dept and senior counsel, consultants, including appearance before IT authorities including exposure in direct tax planning at Head office level.
-Compliance of Fringe Benefit Tax.
-Handling Tax Audits.
-Continuous evaluation of the corporate tax policies and advice the management on the tax implication of various corporate decisions.
-Implement systems for improving compliance levels with corporate tax requirements.
-Hands-on experience in tax planning and assessment procedures.
-MIS preparation with respect to all Group companies for compliance of direct taxation matters.
-Strong knowledge of computer applications, including MS-Word, MS Excel.

Desired Candidate Profile
-Only Chartered Accountants/Cost Accountants/LLB.
-The candidate should have hands on 8- 10 years of experience in Direct Taxation.
-Will be able to handle Tax Planning and Assessment Procedures at Head Office Level.
-Candidates will be preferred from Tax Consulting Firm or from Financial Service industry.
