VALUATION AND DECLARATION OF RESULTS :
A fully computerized system is adopted for the valuation of the answer scripts using optical mark reader (OMR) for the preparation of the results.

The answer keys of all the papers will be published in the official website of Pareeksha Bhavan immediately after the examination.

Complaints if any from candidates, regarding the answer keys may be send to the Secretary, Pareeksha Bhavan, Thiruvananthapuram in writing within 5 working days from the date of publication of the answer keys. Complaints not substantiated with supporting documents will not be considered.

Complaints if any, received from the candidate will be placed before a panel of experts constituted by the Secretary, Pareeksha Bhavan, and the decision of the experts shall be final. Complaints received after five working days from the date of publication of keys will not be entertained.

The Secretary, Pareeksha Bhavan is authorized to exclude from evaluation of any question/s found to be wrong or question/s with answers not appropriate as recommended by the panel of experts. Marks to the excluded questions must be added for evaluation.

When question/s is/are excluded from evaluation the mark/s allotted to that question/s will also be excluded from evaluation. Since the valuation will be made error free under the above system, there is no provision for revaluation or rechecking of the answer scripts or recounting of the marks scored.

The details of the marks and the eligibility status secured by all the candidates appeared for K-TET will be published in the website of Pareeksha Bhavan. Those candidates declared ‘passed’ shall produce the required documents for verification to the District Educational Officer concerned for the issue of K-TET certificate.

AWARD OF CERTIFICATE :
Candidates who are declared ‘qualified’ will be awarded a certificate by the Secretary, Pareeksha Bhavan, Poojappura, Thiruvananthapuram on behalf of Govt. of Kerala, after verification of the original educational qualification certificates by the DEO’s concerned.

The ‘qualified’ candidates should submit the original educational qualification certificates to the District Educational Officer concerned for verification to ascertain that they are eligible to apply for the examination on the date of application.

The candidates who are eligible for mark relaxation coming under SC,ST,OBC, OEC, PH, Blind categories should submit relevant supporting documents as per GO(MS) No.18/2017/G.Edn dated 15-03-2017.

The date of submission of the original qualification certificates to the concerned District Educational Officers will be intimated later through medias after the publication of the result. Separate certificates will be awarded to those candidates who appear and qualify for more than one category.

However, the statement of marks of all the candidates appearing in K-TET shall be made available on the website of Pareeksha Bhavan. The pass certificates will be issued to the K-TET qualified candidates only those who have the educational qualifications to apply for the examination prescribed in the prospectus on the date of application.

If the Candidates are not received the K-TET pass certificates from the District Educational Officers concerned in time, the same may be kept in the office of the DEO itself and the certificate may be released with a request of the Candidate by imposing a fine as detailed below as per Government Order No.3258/14/G.Edn. dtd.14/08/2014.

Claim after 3 months – Rs.100/-
Claim after 6 months – Rs.300/-
Claim after 1 year – Rs.500/-

The amount in this account should be remitted in the form of demand draft in favour of the Secretary, Pareekshabhavan payable at Thiruvananthapuram.

CASH AWARD FOR THE TOPPERS :
The candidates who secure top most marks (above 80%) the 1st Rank holder will get Rs.20,000/-, IInd Rank Rs.15,000/- and IIIrd Rank Rs.10,000/- for all categories if anybody have not secure marks 80% or above marks, the candidate who secure marks from 75% to 79% among them one who is the top most mark holder will get Rs.1000/- for each category.

List of candidates of such winner will announce at the time of result declaration and each award will be disburse accordingly.
