Clerk, Peon, Lab Assistant Recruitment :
Online Applications are invited for direct recruitment on regular basis for the following various non teaching posts:

In all above categories, Pay Scale shall be allowed after successful completion of Two Years probation / trainee period on fixed remuneration at such rates as may be prescribed by the State Government of Rajasthan from time to time.

Candidates shall apply Online application from University website mlsu.ac.in up to 25th September, 2017 and deposit the prescribed fee through CREDIT / DEBIT CARD, NET BANKING. The hard copy of the application must be submitted to the Dy. Registrar (Recruitment), Mohanlal Sukhadia University, Udaipur up to 30th September,2017.

After the last date, application(s) shall not be entertained under any circumstances. University shall not be responsible for any postal delay.

NOTE:
1. The appointment of all non teaching posts shall be governed by the minimum eligibility and other conditions as prescribed by the Govt. of Rajasthan and as prescribed in the Mohanlal Sukhadia University Rules. Reservation is applicable as per Govt. of Rajasthan Rules & Regulations.

2. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC outside Rajasthan will be eligible for General category only. Bonafied of Rajasthan will only be eligible for the Reservation.
4. The contributory Pension Plan/Scheme as notified by the Govt. of Rajasthan from time to time shall be applicable on these appointments.
5. Service conditions shall be regulated by University Rules / Government of Rajasthan Rules and the directions as issued from time to time by the University / Govt.

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS :
1. Notwithstanding anything contained in any rules, these appointments shall be made as probationer trainee for a period of 2 years and during the period of probation / trainee period he/she will be paid fixed remuneration at such rates as may prescribed by the State Government of Rajasthan from time to time.

After successful completion of probation / trainee period, he/she will be allowed minimum pay in the scale of the post and the period of probation / trainee period shall not count for grant of annual grade increments(s). The pay protection etc. will be governed as per University / Government of Rajasthan rules / directions issued from time to time.

2. Number of post(s) may be increased or decreased without any notice.
3. The University reserves the right not to fill up Post(s) advertised and roster for any post can be modified as per rules.
4. Application received on plain paper / after expiry of last date for what so reason or incomplete applications will be rejected without making any reference.
5. Candidate desirous to apply for more than one post should submit separate online application for each post.
6. Candidate(s) already in service should apply through proper channel.
7. Candidate(s) belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PH should indicate their category along with the copy of the certificate issued by the competent authority. OBC certificate should not be more than Six month old.

8. Mere applying for the post does not entitle the candidate to be called for interview and wherever required, competitive examination will be conducted as per University norms. The Scheme & Syllabus of such tests will be uploaded well in time on University Website mlsu.ac.in.

9. The binding of the children on prescribed date as notified by the Govt. of Rajasthan from time to time shall be applicable.
10. Unmarried/Married Certificate/Affidavit must be enclosed with the application form.
11. Every page of the application and annexure as well as certificates must be self attested.
12. Reservations has been made applicable as per the rules of Govt. of Rajasthan.
13. Reservations for Persons With Disabilities will be applicable as per Govt. of Rajasthan Rules.
14. The contributory Pension Plan/Scheme as notified by the Govt. of Rajasthan from time to time shall be applicable on these appointments.
15. The appointments will be governed by the rules & provisions notified by the University / State Government from time to time.
16. Candidate must fulfill the required minimum qualifications up to the last date of submission on line application.
17. Preference will be given to those who have work experience in the University for the post .
18. In case female candidate not found eligible in the concerned category, the said vacancies will be filled up by eligible male candidate from the same category
