National High Speed Rail Corporation Limited (NHSRCL), is a joint sector company of Govt. of India and Participating State Governments formed for implementation of High Speed Train Corridor Project in India.

The company invites application from the regular officials working in Engineering department of Indian Railways or having a valid lien in Indian Railways for the post of Senior Manager (Construction) on absorption basis in its field offices at Ahmedabad, Vadodara and Mumbai:

Education Qualification : Diploma/B.Tech/B.E from a recognised institute/college/university.
Eligibility criteria for absorption :
(A) Minimum 20 years work experience.
(B) The candidate should be in the Pay Matrix of Level 7 to 9 of 7th CPC of CDA (GP 4600, 4800 and 5400 of 6th CPC) on regular basis for a minimum period of 10 years.
(C) The candidate should have experience of working in construction organization for minimum 10 years.
(D) Preference would be given to candidates with experience of steel bridge construction.

Mode of Selection :
1. Shortlisted candidates would be required to make a small presentation on the jobs handled by them and their experience in the areas detailed in the job description of the post
2. Interview

Job Description :
(i) Construction planning, management supervision and quality control.
(ii) Project risk management and implementation of mitigation plan.
(iii) Project progress monitoring.
(iv) Complete interface and coordination with supervision consultant for contract management.
(v) Dealing with various site related issues.
(vi) Liaising with various agencies including land acquisition, EIA and EMA, SIA and its implementation etc.
(vii) Any other job assigned by senior management.
