TRB issued Notification for the Direct Recruitment of Special Teachers in School Education and other Departments for the year 2012-2016 vide Notification No.05/2017, dated 26.07.2017. In this connection, TRB now releases the Provisional Hall Tickets for those candidates who applied for the said examination.

It is informed to all applicants that the decision of the Board to issue Hall Tickets to all applicants is purely provisional and does not confer any acceptance of their claim in the application. Issuing the Hall Tickets and permitting the candidates to sit for the examination does not mean that their application forms have been accepted by the Board. The Board reserves its right to reject the candidature at any stage of the recruitment.

Some of the applications received by the board do not have the candidate’s photograph. The Board has provisionally admitted such candidates and uploaded their hall tickets without photograph.

These candidates are advised to download the form herein and fill in the details, affix a recent passport size colour photograph and get it attested by a Gazetted Officer. The same must be handed over to the exam hall supervisor at the time of examination, along with a stamp size colour photograph.

Utmost care has been taken in preparing the hall tickets and in publishing them. Teachers Recruitment Board reserves the right to correct any errors that may have crept in

Procedure :

Written Examination:
The Written Examination will be held on 23.09.2017 from 10.00 A.M to 12.30 P.M. The venue for the Examination will be intimated in the Hall Ticket. The Hall Tickets for the eligible candidates will be uploaded by the TRB in its official website. The candidates are advised to refer the TRB website for details trb.tn.nic.in. No written communication will be sent to the candidates.

The decision of the Teachers Recruitment Board on the eligibility of the candidate to appear for the examination will be final.

Scribes:
On request, eligible candidates for the eligible subject vide G.O.Ms.No.68 School education(SE3(1)), Department, dated 17.04.2017 with disability will be allowed assistance of scribes based on the Medical Certificate produced by the candidates.

Key Answers:
Tentative key will be published on completion of the exam. The candidates who intend to have objections on tentative key answers shall raise them along with supporting materials, within 5 days from date of release of tentative key. Any objections and materials produced beyond the stipulated time will not be entertained and candidates are estopped from questioning them at a later point of time.

On consideration of such objections, final key answers will be published and the same will be final. No independent orders either accepting or rejecting the objections of the candidates will be passed.

Constitution of experts to scrutinize the objections cannot be questioned by the candidates.
