Executive Engineer, Project Manager Recruitment :
REC Power Distribution Company Ltd. (RECPDCL) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Rural Electrification Corporation Limited, a “Navratna CPSE” under the Ministry of Power.

“Navratna” is the recognition for Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE) and only a few selected CPSEs in the country enjoy this elite status. RECPDCL is rendering expert consultancy services in power sector in general and Distribution sector in particular across the country.

Towards fulfilling its Mission- focusing on enhancement of productivity, quality and profitability; REC PDCL invites a candidates of bright and dynamic Experience Graduates in specified disciplines aspiring to join its team of professionals on contract and based on fixed tenure basis at initially for a period of 3 years which is extendable after satisfactory performance and as per the requirement of the project up to 4 years 08 months as deemed by RECPDCL. The process of selection will be through walk-in interview.

Job Description : Experience in implementation of Electrical Distribution Projects with domain experience as Team Leader in various PMC projects.

How to apply:
1. Application format is available on the official website of RECPDCL recpdcl.in. and RECL recl.nic.in.
2. Applicants are required to bring original certificates/documents for verification at the time of interview. Without verification of the documents candidates are not eligible for interview.

3. Candidates should come along with filled IN application form and photocopies of required and relevant documents in support of Age, Qualification, Mark Sheet, Degree & Experience Certificate Etc. and two passport size photographs.

4. Only those who meet the prescribed eligibility criteria need apply. If at any stage, it is found that the candidate does not meet the prescribed eligibility criteria, he/she will be disqualified. RECPDCL deserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reason.

5. Incomplete, unsigned applications, application without attested copies as enclosures: proving age, qualifications including specialization, class, % of marks, experience, reservations etc. will not be considered.

Certificates acceptable as proof:
Age: SSC/ 10th/ Matric pass certificate / Birth certificate.
Qualifications / % /Class/ Specialization: Degree certificate with mark sheets for all years/ semesters.
Experience: Offer of appointment with latest and last salary slip, service certificate, experience certificate, promotion orders, relieving letter etc.

In the absence of any of the aforesaid certificate/s, equivalent proof may be submitted by the applicant, acceptability of which shall be subject to the discretion of RECPDCL management.

General Information:
1. Reservation and relaxation for SC/ST/OBC candidates shall be as per Govt. of India guidelines. Relaxation in age by 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC (Non – creamy layer) candidates will be given. Reservation of posts for SC/ST/OBC (non- creamy layer)/ PWD candidates will be as per presidential directives.

2. Prescribed Educational Qualification & no. of years of experience are the minimum qualifying criteria. Mere possession of the same does not entitle candidates for interview. RECPDCL also reserves the right to reject any candidature without assigning any reason whatsoever.

3. The appointment is purely on Fixed Tenure Basis and does not carry any liability on RECPDCL for regular appointment at any stage. In no case the contract period will be extended beyond 4 years 8months.
4. Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.
5. The number of vacancy can vary and will solely dependent on project requirement.
6. No perks or allowances, other than the consolidated salary mentioned above, would be payable.
7. Management reserves right to cancel/restrict/modify/ alter selection/recruitment process at any stage without issuing any notice or assigning any reason thereafter.
8. No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates for attending the interview.
9. No fee is to be paid by the candidate for appearing in walk-in interview.
10. The candidate shall be selected on the basis of performance in walk-in interview only.
11. The offer of engagement shall be issued to the selected candidates in the order of merit and based on the number of vacancies.
12. No correspondence will be entertained for the not selected candidates.
13. Any corrigendum/clarifications on this advertisement, if necessary, shall be uploaded on RECPDCL website and no separate press coverage is envisaged for this.
14. RECPDCL reserves the right to relax age/experience/qualification & other qualifying criteria in deserving cases.
15. Mere fulfilling of eligibility criteria shall not confer any right to the applicant for being called for the interview/ engagement. Canvassing in any form will disqualify the candidate.
16. In case, of extension of an interview candidates have to arrange their own stay and food.
