Job Description
To observe, monitor & report all matters concerning regulatory and internal compliance
To check & report on any deviation with regard to internal process and control, established to ensure compliance of internal or statutory guidelines for smooth conduct of business
To proactively check branch data for Suspicious transaction, Large Transaction, rate variations etc and report to deviations to Compliance & Audit Manager immediately.
To continuously brief, train and educate staff on conduct of business keeping in mind compliance risk, AML risk & exposure perceived in routine business and to maintain Training Register
To carry out half yearly inspection of all the Branches in your Region and Franchisee once in a year.
To receive and Check LTR & STR received from the branches in your Region and to take necessary action in consultation with MLRO.
To verify all New customer application from AML perspective and then forward the same to the Compliance Manager for code creation in the Shasun Software.
To monitor Overdue Outstanding and take appropriate action.
To report matters concerning fraud or gross negligence on the part of our clients, staff or otherwise.
Completion and Submission of Monthly checklist.
